This is my go to cookbook during the busy 10 months of the school year. Just being able to know in advance what we are going to have for dinner verses staring into the cupboard hoping something pops out at me is well worth it. The recipes are quick and the family loves the food. This is definitely my most splattered cookbook. Always a good sign for a loved cookbook.

I've cooked and enjoyed several recipes from this book. I think she relies a bit too heavily on sauces and condiments that are high in sodium and sugar, but overall it's a pretty minor complaint because most of the recipes easily fit into anyone's day, nutrition-wise.
