Antiquated
I read this as part of the PM division of the ARE study material. The lens through which these ideas and attitudes are painted explains why it is so very hard to find a great architectural firm that values it's staff. I am appalled that ideas such as- people like to work overtime, take advantage of it- walk alongside ethical pontification such as designing to the triple Ps. These ideas don't align and are in no way congruent.

Not what I expected!
The book does not go into depth on any one topic. If you’re looking for a book the covers a wide range of topics on how to start architecture firm. This book would be a good place to start.
