Brice is a good looking guy. The kind of guy who attracts a lot of female attention - all of it unwanted. When he meets Kerry, everything changes. She isn't like the others, but that's precisely why he's attracted to her.
Can their relationship survive when someone is determined to sabotage it even before it gets started? Will secrets, once revealed, bring them closer or drive a wedge between them forever?
OMG I cannot believe that I wasted time reading this book, it was the biggest pile of shit I've read in a long time. There was nothing good about it and I gave it one star because there wasn't an option to give it less. RUBBISH!!!
The Book focuses more on the characters surroundings and each conversation with the characters. The book lacks feeling and emotion and passion at the beginning. The very fact that it takes an hour to read 60 ish chapters is ridiculous! It's incredibly long and I feel it doesn't do the cover and book description justice.
I like it. The book is for someone younger than me, but it touches upon a subject that needs being talked about. Namely being different, and how to cope. Good book.
I had a really hard time getting into this one. I didnt really think the romance was that believable because there was no relationship development at the beginning. They were just suddenly in love and that was really hard to believe. That being said Brice's development was really interesting to read about and the overall idea behind this book was really good it just needs more development and honestly more to it. I finished this really quick because its not that long and I would have liked to see more between the two main characters relationship wise and friendship wise.
First things first, The writing in this book was horrible and all over the freakin place. The second thing about this book is I actually liked the plot twist (well the idea of it anyway). I liked the characters and if I could get over the way the story was written I would have given it five stars all the way. To me the book was not horrible. Definitely not the best I have ever read but definitely not the worst.
This was a nice love story. This was NOT an "erotic" read. It was short and sweet. Read this book in a few hours sitting on my back deck while the kids played in the yard. I was done just in time for dinner.
Romance was shallow - why did they fall in love??! Nice IDEA for the plot twist. However, I saw it coming with the first clue so it wasn't executed very well. Didn't bother finishing the book because I didn't care about the characters....
I nearly didn't bother reading this until the end. I struggled to be remotely interested in the characters, everything seemed so shallow and wooden when they interacted with each other.
The plot twist was interesting but that was about the only redeeming quality of this story.
What can I say? This book is short and sweet but nothing special. Slightly predictable in areas but if you want a quick easy read, give it a go. Nothing really to get your teeth into though!
