I really enjoy this series and I hope it goes on for a very long time. I want to see Ariel grow up. These are gentle books. I have to unpack that, because this one had an attempted murder, as did the last one, but they are still gentle. They are not about the action or action hero-y stuff. They are about people, characters and the place they live. This book is not the same old, same old thing in a way I appreiciate.
