The biggest crime I ever committed was falling in love with you sword.

This second volume of UGH is definitely way more intense than the first one. There’s an awful amount of rape scenes here and I don’t even know how to feel about it. I guess since it was the norm inside the prison, It just didn’t feel as heavy when it happened to Sen. After all, he got his payback eventually. And fuck, that warden.ugh! Serves him right in the final volume.

I loved that the chemistry between Sen and Sword intensifies here and are clearly more accepting about their feelings! Gaaah. I really, really loved Swordfish! Just oh-so-dreamy and equally stubborn as Sen!!! These two! Arrggghhh….

Again, what an intense lovely read!!!

I'm really liking the bond that's started between these two. Sword is just so protective of Sen, though he doesn't really need it all the time, and I'm really intrigued at to what is going to happen in the last volume.

Il rapporto tra Sword e Sen è sempre più malato e pieno di contraddizioni. Anche Sen si è ornai uniformato all’ambiente e si comporta in modo utilitaristico, anche se non sempre ciò che ottiene è ciò vorrebbe.
La costruzione narrativa è sempre più violenta e il sesso esplicito, tanto che questa sembra essere l’unica cifra caratteriale dei personaggi, ma in realtà dalle pieghe dei loro comportamenti stralunati traspaiono i sentimenti, anche se sono distorti da quanto hanno attorno.
Non tutto nella trana è credibile (qualche particolare risulta un po’ forzato), ma nel complesso la storia è ancora di un buon livello.
