Rate this book
From bestselling romantic comedy author Melissa Baldwin comes the road trip of a lifetime!

I was living the dream as a successful Manhattan accountant until the ground beneath me shifted unexpectedly. My husband blindsided me with divorce papers, and the friends I trusted turned their backs on me. Devastation and depression hit hard, leaving me reeling. Then, a blast from the past arrives in the form of an old photograph from my mother, featuring myself and two childhood friends, Candace and Olivia. It ignites a spark within me to rediscover who I once was. What begins as a simple desire to reconnect leads to an unforgettable road trip back to my hometown, where I encounter Gavin Kingsley, the son of my old piano teacher and the former annoying boy next door. Gavin stirs something in me that feels entirely new, or perhaps long-forgotten. Despite my reservations about diving into a new relationship, I find myself drawn to him as my girlfriends and I embark on a journey of self-discovery filled with laughter, tears, and hysterical moments.

Could revisiting my past be the key to unlocking everything I've been searching for in my future?

A quick and enjoyable read. The characters were interesting and the plot was fun. I will go on and read the net book in the series.

Love it

First book in this series. I finished this one in one day, I couldn't put it down. Love the friendship with Candace, Olivia and Stacy. They were childhood best friends who drifted apart but found their way back after Stacy experience a major life change. I can't wait to read the next one in this series.

Great story, best friends?

Childhood friends find out if friendships can continue into adulthood. Great story with many funny situations. Long lost friends on an 18 hour road trip. What can go wrong?

such a rollercoaster ride

From a shock at the beginning to ending at the way love should be at least from what I imagine it should be. Crazy times and road trip antics in between.

Full of fillers about the three friends. Not much about the relationship with the new guy, Gavin. The ex was a d***bag.
