Focus on Christ: An enquiry into the theology of prepositions
It pleases the Father, Son and Spirit that the Son, Jesus Christ, be the centre of our worship, have the name above all names, and be first above all things. Everyone has a relationship with him - whether bearing his image but being estranged from him or knowing Christ as Lord and Saviour. In this book, John Stott draws our attention to how the New Testament speaks of Jesus Christ. He examines the prepositions used to help us understand more deeply, our position in relation to the Son of God. We are to live in Christ, through Christ, on Christ, with Christ, under Christ, for Christ, and like Christ - and this book will help you become truly Christ-centred.

It’s always good to review and be reminded of the basis of my faith and my life, Jesus Christ. Who better to take me through all that this relationship means than John Stott through his short 105-page book, “Focus on Christ.” I just read it. Stott takes us back to the Bible and shows us what it says about Christ. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

4.5 stars only because most of the chapters are amazing and really flow well but one or two chapters are choppy and not as good as the others. So basically this is an amazing book with a chapter or two that are rough but I learned and grew in my faith from this book. So maybe I do mean five stars after all!
