Perfect book for students who want to become social workers. It introduces the subject in an understandable manner and succeeds in its initial aim which is to motivate potential students to select the particular social work approaches that appeal to them. It worked wonders for me!!!
This book was my bible during my Masters Social Work degree! He really condenses social work theories and provides examples as away of explanation. That was 20 years ago and I still have the little blue book.
