Можна говорити про те що ця книга абсолютно пуста і містить безліч банальних та очевидних порад, стереотипів, дивної статистики із незрозумілих джерел. Але можливо навіть при всьому цьому вона б справила краще враження, якби в неї не був НАСТІЛЬКИ жахливий переклад. Це практично неможливо читати. Щиро сподіваюся що ні «Ранок» (і «Фабула» зокрема), ні інші видавництва, більше не співпрацюють з Тетяною Мухамедшиною, адже зараз навіть онлайн-перекладач перекладе з англійської значно краще. Обовʼязково ознайомтеся зі списком робіт цієї перекладачки та ніколи їх не читайте.

Самая бестолковая книга, что я читала по маркетингу. Информация знакома абсолютно всем, даже тем, кто продажами не занимается. А ещё, одни и те же «ключевые мысли» повторяются из раздела в раздел, что создаёт впечатление, будто у автора амнезия. Искренне выискивала плюсы, которые нужно взять на заметку, но в конечном счете только проплевалась.

this was interesting at the time I started reading, while I was doing a course in Retail, but interest waned dramatically when the course ended. I may pick this back up, but for now, there are better things to read.

A great book for any service organization. You can open it up at any page and get practical inspiring tips on improving your customer service. The chapters are short, easy to read and full of easily implemented advice.
