An account of the murder of Teresa Taylor describes how drug abuse, sex addiction, and a violent temper led New Jersey dentist Kenneth Z. Taylor to bludgeon to death his third wife, and discusses the trial.
On the surface Dr. Kenneth Taylor looked and acted like the perfect husband. Behind closed doors though he was completely different. Teresa was his third wife and he treated her like a queen giving her the best money could buy. Ask his first two wives what he was like and they would paint a picture of a man with a sex addiction, a drug user who also had a violent temper. After the first serious beating Teresa kept it to herself. Kenneth promised to change. But did he? The characters are well described and the story is well written.
This was my oldest book registered by other bookcrossers. I received this one in 2005 and i am glad to say i have finally read it.
After reading it for a while I started to realise this story was very familiar to me. Then I remembered I had already read about this in another book called In a Child's Name by Peter Maas which was a very good book.
This was not bad but not as good as peter mass his book but I still enjoyed it. Maybe if i had read this one first it would have been different. not sure. What to read next. I've read 13 books already and it is only January 31th today.
