There are some decent workouts in here, and a lot of thought went into teaching a beginner how to safely use kettlebells. I guess I shouldn't have thought that just because I stopped doing CrossFit 4 years ago, I didn't really need a beginner book. At 64, the solid training I had with kettlebells in CF came right back to me.

Good basic information

It was a good basic text with age appropriate models which I think is important for these kind of books. It provides good basic information that's safe. The only fault I have is that the pictures could be sharper and larger.

A fine book for stretching and fitness for older people. I got it to help me recover from frozen shoulder.
