Continuing on the process of understanding emptiness of things and having heard about Neti-Neti (Not This, Not That) a while ago, I've decided to dive deep into reading and practicing more of this milenar approach of meditation.
It's interesting though that by negating what you perceive to be yourself can actually bring you about to awaken to what you truly are...Neti-Neti trains us to look beyond our minds, bodies, gender, culture, relationship, roles - in short, everything we normally take ours

Relatively short but enlightening read on the nature of Reality. The author describes in eloquent language what we all really are. We are "Not this, not that". If we slow down and meditate on our true nature, we will recognize that we are not who we think we are.

The book describes practical steps on how to find out true nature. We are not the I, we are not even the non-dual expression of the I, but we are the Absolute which cannot be spoken or described.

We are NOT the body.
We are NOT our sens
