it was amazing

Relatively short but enlightening read on the nature of Reality. The author describes in eloquent language what we all really are. We are "Not this, not that". If we slow down and meditate on our true nature, we will recognize that we are not who we think we are.

The book describes practical steps on how to find out true nature. We are not the I, we are not even the non-dual expression of the I, but we are the Absolute which cannot be spoken or described.

We are NOT the body.
We are NOT our senses.
We are NOT our emotions.
We are NOT our social roles.
We are NOT our thoughts and the story we create.

Whatever we think we are, we are NOT IT. And we can only arrive there by negation and deconstruction of our construction.

The steps for deconstructions are:
1. Identify the object.
2. Experience it.
3. Discern the labels.
4. Delabel it.
5. Empty it.
6. Transcend duality.
7. Negatate what remains.
