this book is monumental!!! i was 19 when i picked it up and had my first out of body in 15 days i am 36 years old now and get out of body every other nite .... a must read rick stack also turned me on to the seth material the absolute purest metaphysical books i have every found and i've searched hi & low.

One of the best Out of body book's ever written. A true classic! I had the honor to meet him in a workshop.

A great book
If you are wanting to take the leap and try astral projection, you really need to read this book. Mr. Stack is very informative and put it to you in words you can understand. I can't wait to start the different techniques and see which one works best for me!!
