A fascinating account of Ingo's vivid lucidity, replete with the various sexual energy field phenomena that he observed, as well as a means to experiment with developing one's own perceptions.

Practical. Down to earth explanations. Summarized for me in words what I often sensed. I was able to get the whole picture of this topic.
