This set includes all three stories in the Timing Is Everything series.

Erika Ashby grew up an Army Brat, spending most of her childhood in Oklahoma, where she finally put roots down. She currently lives in Edmond, OK where she faithfully attends North Church with her kids. She's a blessed mom of 4 who loves Jesus and serving others. Her hobbies include attending dirt track races, concerts, reading, DIY, and making red dirt shirts. It wasn’t until the ripe age of 27 when she realized she had a hidden passion for reading. Up until that point in her life, she claimed to have hated it. Shortly after, she was hit with another revelation: the desire to tell stories. Knowing she had failed all writing assignments in school, she set out on this journey mainly to prove to herself she could do it. So, here she is today, proving it. Erika wants to encourage anyone with a dream to go for it.
I really enjoyed this. I love the fact that all 3 books are included together, none of the waiting for the next one to be released or trying to find it on amazon. The very beginning did have me worried as to how heartbreaking this series was going to be and for me the ending broke my heart as well. The inbetween was just perfect in every sense. So much love, angst, anger and hurt all rolled into one. I love all the characters as well and the funny moments were seriously laugh out loud material x
Erika Ashby's Timing is Everything series is a good read with some great characters. I loved the relationships between each of the main characters and how they helped each other to deal with the difficulties they had to face along the way. Jesika and Mallory's friendship is awesome, and the different conversations between the two as well as sometimes being hilarious also give the reader more insight into how each of the female characters feel about their love interests of the story brothers Derek and Seth. Both the brothers are part of the same band, Derek the drummer and Seth the lead singer and they are two of the hottest guys with the sweetest of hearts. Both the couples go through a lot to get their happily ever afters, after the loss of her first husband Jake, Jesika has a hard time moving forward but when she meets Derek they have such a strong connection bringing them closer together helping her to heal and love again. Seth and Mallory started out as friends with benefits, but soon their attraction to each other becomes something more and Mallory admits her feelings, but Seth who has had his heart broken in the past tells her is not ready to settle down. After a number of struggles and more heart ache Mallory and Seth manage to find their way back to each other. The relationships are all beautiful and described well through out all three books, though there are a lot of different things that happen to each of the characters it is easy to keep track of what is going on. Erika Ashby has done an awesome job. 4/5 <3 s
I know I have had a few tears in my eyes while reading a book, but never in my passion of reading have I ever cried so hard!! This is definitely an emotional raping of my heart! In a good way because these three books were the top notch. This has definitely knocked a few of my favorite books from the top ranking. Omg, I don't even know if I'll be able to read another book for awhile. Believe me that says something because I can normally pack one or two out in a day. This writer makes you laugh, blush (very steamy moments), swoon, and even cry your ass off!! She definitely knows how to draw you in and keep you in that world. The only grievance I have for these books is I want to know more. I want to see further into their lives. Even with that they were the best damn emotional raping I've had in a long time. I really think I needed these stories. PICK UP THESE BOOKS AND READY THEM!!!! You will be sorry if you don't because you will miss out on some of the best reading you'll ever have!!!
Poorly edited, with many grammatical issues and an almost pathological avoidance of commas. I found the story to be sophomoric and the characters self-indulgent and crass. I read a lot of explicit romance, so am not language-sensitive, but these characters use profanity as a substitute for a vocabulary in every exchange of dialog, no matter the context. Every character sounds the same. The men and women sound startlingly similar -- which is not realistic. Despite a plot that could easily fuel a week of Jerry Springer, the whole series was just sort of boring.
Oh poor Jes she went through help in these books. I am glad I bought the box set so I could read Jake's book. It brings it all together and makes sense out of everything. I wasn't so excited about Mal and Seth but eh it was ok. Derrick and Jes and Jake make the whole thing. I like Mal and Seth they just take forever to get together and hurt so many people and I got bored with it all. Jes's story makes it all worth it oh and Axel he does too.
I rated this book a 4 only because of the writing. Some words were missing in quite a few sentences and some sentences didn't make sense. Otherwise it was a very good trilogy.
