One of the best textbooks for students who need to understand the law. It is written in easy to understand language and gives great examples to bring the law to life. I've been using this text for years.

Textbooks are often dry and far from fascinating. But this textbook is enjoyable reading. Of course, journalism law is a fascinating topic, but it's not difficult to imagine how in the wrong hands it could be dry and indigestible.
