66 pages of valuable information. I found a piece of my struggling puzzle with the States Income tax Game. I received a "Notice of Deficiency" in the amount of $4,352.49 from my States Dept. of Revenue and I have applied "Section 25: Using the Code with the IRS. - A letter with this statement: "The Presentment above is dishonored. Carlos F. Rodriquez has reserved all of his rights under the Uniform Commercial Code at UCC 1-308. Now I wait for the results... I will update on it's results.

I have beaten the Federal IRS in a similar legal fashion (I have not filed a 1040 Tax form in 26 years). I have 2 letter from the IRS stating I owe them $0.00. Knowledge is certainly Power. Today of all days, We should Celebrate our Independence Day.

law 5* favorite Howard Freeman

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom and the man that getteth understanding. --Pro. 3:13

Governments are instituted among men, deriving their Just powers from the consent of the governed

Consider also that the Framers of the Constitution wrote in language simple enough that the people could understand, specifically so that it could NOT have to be interpreted.

UCC Connection How To Free Yourself From Legal Tyranny was the perfect book for me to read at this time.

Author Freeman tells us how lawyers know procedure but not the laws .

I like the way author Freeman incorporates scripture and that way no reader has the excuse to deny what has been written.

WE who must take the responsibility for finding and putting to good use the TRUTH! It is WE who must claim and defined our God given rights and our Freedom from those who would take them from us. It is WE who must protect ourselves, our families, and our posterity from the inevitable intrusion into our lives by those who live parasitically off the labor, skill and talents of others.

In UCC Connection How To Free Yourself From Legal Tyranny we learn we are not required to file income tax. Author Freeman tells us how to win our case against the IRS by not arguing facts but by arguing Supreme Court Cases.

What I learned

1) All our courts since 1938 were Merchant Law courts and not Common Law courts.
2) The difference between Public Policy and Public Law.

American is a bankrupt nation. It is owned completely by its creditors. The creditors own Congress, they own the Executive, they own the Judiciary and they own all the State Governments

3) The Constitution of the United States mentions three areas of jurisdiction in which the courts may operate:

i) Common Law (Natural or Constitutional)
ii) Equity Law
iii) Admiralty or Maritime Law

4) When it comes to the Federal Reserve Note (colorable money meaning it’s not genuine) colorable Admiralty is now known as Statutory Jurisdiction which does not exist under The Constitution of the United States.

5) We are all slaves and have no rights.

UCC Connection How To Free Yourself From Legal Tyranny left me awestruck!

UCC Connection How To Free Yourself From Legal Tyranny must not be read but studied.

Companion material:

1) Common Law Hand Book For The Grand Jury
2) Meet Your Strawman
3) Black’s Law Dictionary
4) U.S. Constitution
5) Magna Carta
6) Declaration of Independence

This is a stupid book.

First, Admiralty Law only applies to activities that occur on the seas. The US is not and has never been under Admiralty Law. It makes no sense at all to think that we are subjected to that.

Second, "the banks" do not own the United States. The US national debt is owned by many investors. Banks are just a small part of that.

Third, the Uniform Commercial Code is not an enforceable law. It is a set of laws that serve as a model that standardizes the rules for commercial transactions across the states. States can use it as is or modify it. It is not the law of the land and does not in any way hold jurisdiction over citizens. It is only a legal model for commercial transactions. Everything the book says about the UCC is fiction.

David Robinson has written 72 of these stupid little books, and unfortunately it seems a lot of people believe what he says in them. Many of them end up in jail over trivial matters because of it. The good news, however, is the author was convicted of fraud. Apparently he wasn't making enough money off of his little books, so he started making fraudulent "official" documents and selling them. I bought three of his books to see how convincing they would be, and I honestly can't understand how any rational adult would believe any of it. Five minutes on the computer is enough time to find proof it's all false.

If you decide to read this, do yourself a favor and check to see if you can verify any of it before you believe it.

4.5 stars - A short but very informative read. I liked that it was written in terms that were more easy to understand than most legal documents. It didn’t get a 5 star from me only because there was a lot of typos. That’s a pet peeve of mine.
