Small manual to help adolescents overcome the high school more or less unscathed becoming more aware, optimistic and above all to overcome the complex of inferiority that at this age are almost "mandatory."

Piccolo manuale per aiutare gli adolescenti a superare le scuole superiori piú o meno indenni diventando piú consapevoli, ottimisti e sopratutto superare i complessi di inferioritá che a questa etá sono quasi "obbligatori".

THANKS TO LIBRARYTHING AND ORLY KATZ FOR THE PREVIEW!

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book is a great tool to give to your teenager. We as parents are always giving them pep talks and telling them to think positively and with this book and the exercises the kids can do just that! I gave this to my teen and he liked the way it was written, he said he could understand it all and it made a lot of sense.

A great short book to help teens deal with some aspects of school. It misses some aspects such as kids now have to deal with the threat of guns and violence. But on the positive note kids it can motivate kids on keeping a journal and believing in themselves.
