Over the past 20+ years, the publishing industry has seen an incredible increase in writers returning to the stories of the past and producing new adventures of old heroes. PRO SE PRESS under their PULP OBSCURA Imprint, is one of the leaders among those and continues to give their readers fun and exciting new chapters starring their favorites.
In this publication, authors Bobby Nash, Don Thomas, and Terry Alexander create three shorts that could have been ripped from the pages of the 1930s pulps. An invention of the creator of Zorro, Johnston McCulley, the Green Ghost is the costumed identity of disgraced police detective Danny Blaney who was framed and fired from the force. Even though he was acquitted, the stigma stays with him and he is rejected by his fellow officers. Adopting the guise of the GREEN GHOST, Blaney is able to continue to fight the criminals that he had dedicated his life to eliminating.
The three stories in this volume are quick, straight punch to the gut type reads as the authors throw their hero into three unique situations...
