Blind Faith

A betrayal he couldn't forget . . .

For Nate Dean, love is a four-letter word. As part of a secret black-ops military unit, he and his brothers were genetically engineered by the government to be ruthless soldiers with an expiration date. They were loyal only to one another . . . until Nate laid eyes on the woman who stole his heart and blew his world apart. Now, years later, his family is still paying the price for his mistake. But as time runs out, there's only one person who can save his family: the very woman Nate swore he'd never trust again.

A love she couldn't deny . . .

The moment Audrey Madison spies Nate across a crowded ballroom, she can barely breathe. He's just as undeniably sexy as she remembers, yet there's an edge to him now that's as irresistible as it is dangerous. When he asks for her help, Audrey can't refuse. But she has secrets of her own--secrets that, if Nate ever discovers them, may cost them both their lives . . .

This book was Awesome. I couldn't wait for Nate's story and It was everything I wanted and more!

Nate was sexy, Strong and all alpha but there was a sweetness to his love for Audrey however he still kicked major ass .

“You fucking touch her, and I’ll rip you apart tendon by tendon … Trust me. I. Will. End. You.”

"We're going to watch a movie? I haven't seen the new Disney one. I love monsters that talk."
The commander glanced over his shoulder. "You're under the influence of potent truth-inducing drugs. You really do love Disney movies."
Nate tried to shrug. Disney movies rocked.

Audrey was strong and a total fighter, but she has a blind love for her mother and drove me crazy, but at the same time you can kinda understand cuzz it's her mom.

“My boyfriend can beat up yours,” she whispered to her mother.”

“Get out of my way, or I swear, I’ll shove your balls through the roof of your mouth.”

"I don't want to shoot you, but to protect this baby, to protect Nate, I will. I swear, Mother. I. Will. Shoot. You."

Nate and Audrey were each others first and only loves. She left Nate to try and save him. 5 years later he is hunting her down with some question about a video he seen where her mother said Audrey was pregnant with nate's baby, But seeing her again he can't help him self and kisses her and there is no stopping their love then. Sparks fly. Their love pulls you in

There is so much action and love in this book I could not put it down. Steamy hot I think I am in love with all the Dean brothers they are so cute together......

Nate nodded, his throat closing. There were so many words he needed to say, so many in such a short time. " Thank you both." The multitude of words wouldn't come, so he did his best. "For being my brothers." Shane's eyes darkened, and he yanked Nate close for a hug. "Shut up," he muttered. Nate hugged back, his heart aching. "You shut up." "Both of you shut up." Matt Clicked a clip into place.

"I told you to stay in Montana, and I'd bring Audrey to you." What the hell were his brothers thinking? They couldn't be this close to the commander - not all three of them at once. It was too risky.
Matt shook out his wet black hair. "Oh. Is that what you meant by telling us to stay the fuck out of DC?"
"Yes." Exasperation filled Nate's head with static.
"Humph." Shane gingerly stepped back onto the rug. "We must've got that wrong. We thought you were in trouble and needed help." His lip lifted in a smart-ass grin. "Ooops."

Great book I can't freakin wait for Jory's story I may go crazy waiting til march 2015

4.5 It only keeps getting better and better Stars

He was an experiment created in a test tube, maybe without a soul, perhaps without any hope. But for a brief time, with this woman, he'd felt whole. Real. Good. Even if they just had the night, he wanted that feeling again.

You know what I love most about this series? The fact that each book only seems to get better and better. I've been looking forward to reading about Nate's story ever since the teaser in book 2 (And by looking forward, I mean I've been dying to get my pervy little hands on him). I always have a fear about books that I'm really anticipating not living up to my expectations, but Miss Zanetti has yet to let me down.

This was my favorite book in the series so far. Everything I love about Romantic Suspense: Pulse pounding action, nail biting suspense, and sizzling hot romance, you have it in spades in Blind Faith.

The one thing that I've really come to enjoy in these books are the heroines. They're not damsels in distress, nor are they ball busting bitches. They're that perfect combination of being somewhere in the middle. Audrey and Nate loved each other fiercely...until she made a decision that she believed would save him, that crushed their relationship. Nate never got over the woman he loved, so when circumstance bring them together once more, there's no hesitation to act on the scorching chemistry that still pulses between them. Both of them are their own version of damaged, both are still hiding some truths, but their feelings for each other are undeniable.
She'd given her heart to Nate years ago, but no future existed for them.
She had this moment, and she wanted to experience every second, no matter how quickly it ended.

While Rebecca Zanetti can write one sizzling sex scene, it was always perfectly weaved into the story. It added to the story without becoming that cliche that you might find in some Romantic Suspense books. You know the one I'm talking about. Oh hey, the bad guys are shooting at us, let's hide in that cave. Perfect! They can't see us. Let's fuck.
What? I have a way with words don't I? :)

But I digress. I don't want to regurgitate the plot for you. Everything that you need to know the synopsis will tell you. And the rest? You simply need to read to find out.

I really enjoyed all the twists and turns that Zanetti threw in. I couldn't seem to put it down. I just kept turning the pages well into the night.

I loved that both Nate and Audrey were each broken in their own way, yet each made the other stronger.

I was so invested in their love story, I couldn't seem to get enough.

This is not a series that I would recommend reading out of order. You need to start with book one and make your way through to truly get a real feel and understanding for the plot. While each book focuses on a different Dean brother and there's plenty of background given that you're never lost, I still recommend reading the full series. If you like steamy Romantic Suspense, this is a series that's not to be missed.

My only complaint? The teaser for Jory's book!! Are you kidding me? No really! Are you fucking kidding me? To wait until March 2015? I may go crazy!

I can't wait to see how everything gets pulled together in the 4th book and to see all the Dean brothers finally get their much deserved HEA. But damn! A year?!! Gah!

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to go cry in a corner about this. And I thank you

I freaking loved this book. And Nathan....*Sigh*. Just fantastic. This series just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait for the next book!!

If you have read the previous books, you know that Nathan and Audrey seemed to have had a rocky past with a very not good break up. Well, now Nate is on his search to find her, and find her he does. She may be the only key he has to save his brother and himself. Of course he is still very hurt because of her betrayal, but not everything that happened in their past is what it seems. No matter how hard he tries to continue hating her, lust prevails and old feelings resurface.

“One night, Nate. Just us. You, me, and now. No past, no future.”

Audrey...what an amazing female characters. She had a softness and strength about her that I really freaking liked. She was no weakling needing to always be saved. I loved that she was right there along with the Dean brothers, risking her life for all of their safety. She was pretty damn awesome. She was independent, feisty and kind. And, I loved the way she was with Nate. She owned her sexuality and gave as much as she got. I loved how deeply she loved and the lengths she would go to protect those she cared for. I'm surprised but glad by what a good hearted person she was with her mother being batshit crazy and all.

Nate was a smoking hot alpha male. He was strong, protective, and possessive. I loved him so freaking much!! He was definitely my favourite (I'm sorry to the other Dean brothers, because I really loved them too.). He had such a big heart and such a fierceness when it came to protecting his loved ones. I enjoyed reading the bits about his past that gave insight on how he was as a kid. His wanting to belong to family is what made me really love him and ache for what he didn't have in his childhood. Nate was also really kickass just like the other Dean brothers, which was very fun to read.

'She'd never trade the few moments of true happiness she found with him--not for anything.'

The romance in this book was really great. I could feel the tension between the main characters and I loved every minute of it. There was some highly steamy scenes in this book, but there was also some that were sweet that it melted my heart. I even enjoyed some of the funny banter going on. And having all of the Dean brothers in the same room...Holy Hottness!!

●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●

“I promise." Nate lowered his mouth to hers. "Forever."

I loved the writing. I loved the plot. Once I began reading, it was pretty hard for me to stop. Oh, the twist and turns had me shocked that I hadn't seen that coming. It was full of suspense and action. It was utterly entertaining to read it all. I still say that Rebecca Zanetti is one hell of writer when it comes to those action scenes. It's vivid enough that you can imagine all that is happening without it being too descriptive. I just plainly loved it. The only thing that I hate is the fact that I will have to wait until next year to read the next one. But other than that, you should definitely check this one out.

Nate Dean and his brothers were genetically engineered, turned into ruthless soldiers who weren’t supposed to have any loyalty but to their creators. But the brothers are fiercely loyal only to each other, the bond they have formed unbreakable. But their creators decided they had to have an expiration date, a chip inserted that is timed to go in three weeks. And the only way for Nate to save his only family is to find the daughter of the scientist who created them, the woman who broke his heart five years ago when the brothers finally broke free from their prison.

Five years ago Audrey Madison chose to stay with her mother in order to save the only man she has every loved – Nate Dean. And in the five years since then she’s endured a painful loss and injuries that took years to recover from. She never thought she’d see Nate again, hoping that he had found happiness, but when she sees him across a crowded ballroom the feelings she felt back comes rushing back just as strong. She knows that he hates her for what she did, but she’s unable to resist him, even when helping him could expose the secrets she keeps. Secrets that could get them both killed.

She needed him alive, even if he hated her. The world had to keep him in it.

I have been waiting for Nate and Audrey’s book for a while now, hoping they would get their second chance at happiness. And the author didn’t disappoint with this installment.

For the briefest of times, she’d belonged in the safe circle of his arms. The only time in her life she’d been truly happy and not alone. Ah, the dreams she’d spun, even though she’d known better.
Happily-ever-after didn’t exist for her. Hell, it didn’t exist for anybody.

Audrey was a great heroine, strong and fierce. Her only weakness is her love for her mother and for Nate. The mother who had never shown her any love or any approval, and the man she had to send away in order to save him. I loved how protective Audrey was over Nate, how much she loved him. And even though I couldn’t understand at all why she was so loyal to her mother, it was admirable that she wanted to safe the only family she had.

She’d broken his heart once, and once was enough. He had never believed in second chances—for himself or for anybody else.

I loved Nate. He’s the perfect alpha, broken because of all the things he was forced to do because of the Commander, and so fiercely loyal to his brothers. I loved how dominant he was, and how protective he was over Audrey, even when he thought he couldn’t trust her. And that no matter how hard he tried to ignore his feelings for her, it was so obvious that he still loved her.

Emotion filled his eyes. “I’ve loved you since the first second you smiled at me on that dismal training field so long ago.”

This is the perfect second chance romance, how both was so heartbroken because of how things ended with them, knowing they could never love anyone else, and how they couldn’t deny their feelings once they reunited, even though Nate tried really hard. I loved the way their romance happened in this book, especially in view of what they had lost before. I loved how Audrey stood up to the domineering Nate and how hot the sexy times were.

The plot continues to be excellent with the brothers trying to find the codes to deactivate the kill-chips in their spines, and trying to find out whether their brother Jory was really dead or alive. Rebecca Zanetti is excellent at writing action-packed suspense, and this series has it in spades.

I can’t wait to read the next book to see what happens next. This series is a definite must read for all RS fans.

Patiently I sat and waited for Nate Dean's story to unravel...I hoped it was going to be good, but it wasn't...it was GREAT! Rebecca Zanetti did not disappoint...more adrenalin, more suspense, and even more alpha male perfection!
Nate Dean...

Genetically created, senses heightened, skills to kill with his bare hands, but a heart that feels and beats...a machine with a soul...

The Dean brothers are still living off the grid...Matt and Shane are holding down the operation while Nate is on a mission to find the code to save their lives. His mission has taken him to the one person who got past his genetically created mind and into his heart. A young girl who only touched him and smiled once and he was gone,

Everything changed in an instant and she was gone. Now he is a man on a mission, fueled by anger, feeling betrayed by Audrey. He is not prepared for her to be more than what she is...a damaged survivor who too was a pawn in the commander's game. Her life has been no less stellar than his. Neither have moved on and in all the chaos, the lies and the hurt...maybe just one night they can forget and connect...

In a story of deceit, conspiracy and who is on who's side...Nate and Audrey come together for the fight of their lives. This story has so many twists and turns that the adrenalin never stops pumping. It is amplified whe Nate has to let down his guard and let Audrey go into danger.

But through it all there is not mistaken that "she is his" and they are stronger together...after all they have something to fight for...a real chance at a future...a family! Whether it is Nate or Audrey who has to fight, who has to pull the trigger, who has to stop the monster, one thing is sure

I will say that March 2015 cannot come soon enough....as for that little Jory tease...

These covers...oh boy, these covers...

This is my third book by Zanetti and it's apparent that she writes a solid romantic suspense story. What makes this series unique is the sci-fi bent that adds that little extra punch to the plot.

I was afraid that Nate and Audrey's story would be littered with tropes and big misunderstandings. Being that they had been together and in love previously, and Audrey left him for some reason, I expected the entire plotline to revolve around Nate's inability to trust her. NOT the case, thank goodness!! Whew!

We don't spend ninety percent of the book frustrated about a lack of communication. There is an actual story here, and granted, no small part of it is reminiscing about their old love and attempting to see if they still have that spark. Lemme tell you...do they ever!! There is a great balance of chemistry and sizzle, angst and action, and story!

One thing that I don't really seem to love about this series (and this book was not exception) is that each book doesn't seem to have much of a decisive plot in and of itself. It seems to get lost in the series story arc, that of the brothers all trying to obtain the code to disable the chips in their spines. So each book does move the series forward, but they all kind of run together for me into one long story. That's one reason that none have earned five stars from me. Maybe that will change with the last book. I expect to love it beyond reason, because so much will culminate in that book's ending.

There is a lot of the previous couples in this installment as well, and I love when a series does that. The Gray brothers are becoming a family! It's what they've always wanted, what they always rebelled against their lot in life to get, and their wishes are slowly becoming reality. It's that tender side to these men that is so compelling...after all the bad that they've had to endure, look how their life has turned out. If only they had Jory...the lost brother...with them. Hmmmm :D

Reread!! 2023 This never disappoints. Action, steam, great characters, and two people that absolutely love each other. Great love story.

Reread!
Just as fantastic as the first read. Highly recommenced. Love these two.

Incredible!!! An absolute fantastic read!! I enjoyed this book on every level. It had it all; romance, sexual tension, beautiful and emotional sex scenes, angst, action, suspense and a beautiful love story. Okay, I think you get the picture that I REALLY REALLY liked this book.

The summary of the story I really won't go into because it's covered. But I will say the overall idea of this series, of genetically engineered military men, who are four brothers was unique and creative. I'm really enjoying it. This by far hands down my favorite book of the series though.

The hero, Nate is one of the best I've read in a long time. He was tough, protective, but also so loving and tender with the heroine, Audrey. He really had a deep love for her and you just "felt it" leap off the pages. One lucky girl! :)
The heroine, Audrey was perfect, yep don't say that often. She was strong and intelligent. She was also tender, loving and never stopped loving Nate. Appreciated their ability to communicate with each other, even though they had past hurts, in such a way that was cautious, but still revealing of their feelings. Their commitment to each other was soul deep, beautiful.

Could not stand Audrey's Mother or the Commander.

Best line of the book (I literally laughed out loud) " my boyfriend can beat up yours!" Priceless !!!

3.5 Faithful Stars!

 photo image.jpg1_zpscxadqjrk.jpg

Hmm, well this kinda sucks. I am so in love with these Dean brothers and their story but this one fell a bit short for me. I f-loved the first 50%. The book totally hit the ground running with Audrey and Nate seeing each other after years apart. The sexual tension was thick and you could tell that the feelings hadn't gone anywhere for either one of them.

“You’re beautiful.” She glanced down at her leg lying at an odd angle. “I’m damaged.” He grinned. “We’re all damaged, baby. You’re still the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen.” Regret twisted her lip. “Don’t be kind, Nate.” No problem. Kindness lived nowhere in him.

But somewhere after the halfway point, this one just lost its steam for me. Too much of the big explosive type storyline stuff and not enough meat. So much so that I lost my connection to Audrey and Nate until the very end. I was also frustrated that by the end of this one, they hadn't made more progress with pushing EVERYTHING to have to happen in the fourth and final book. Due to the sci-fi twist here, you do have to suspend a bit of relief already with this series in general, but I felt like I had to do a whole lot more of that in this one with some of the drama. Some of the suspense plot lines here are just getting to the point of OTT, in my opinion. I wish Audrey and Nate would've had more page time together too.

Overall, not bad. I loved Nate and his protective nature and still generally enjoyed this book. I do applaud the author for not injecting a whole bunch of crap miscommunications and misunderstandings between Audrey and Nate...a lesser author totally would have in this kind of situation. I was just expecting more. This may totally be because I am reading the series straight through as many absolutely loved this one so please take my review with a grain of salt. Plus, 3.5 isn't a bad rating for me.

Glad I waited for all 4 books to be out to pick up this series. I would be super frustrated if I had to wait a year, like most did, after reading this third installment.

The 3rd book in Sin Brothers Series and I can’t believe it!!!!
This series just keeps getting better and better. It’s grabbed me from the first book and I can’t get enough of the Dean Brothers.

I was dying for Nate’s book. What had happened to him in the past and who was responsible for the sadness and betrayal he carried around with him.

Well, now we know!!!

The evil and crazy Commander’s side-kick scientist, Dr Madison’s daughter, Audrey.

Nate and Audrey met whilst he was held prisoner at the Commander’s compound. They had fallen in love but Nate discovered that she had been working for her mother and had betrayed him and when he and his brothers had destroyed the compound and fled to freedom, he had never wanted to see her again.

But now, time is running out for the Dean Brothers, with just weeks until their implanted chips explode and kill them and he needs Audrey to find the codes and password to unlock them.

Romance, action, intrigue, suspense, love, loyalty, twists, surprises….packed with all of that and more. We keep learning more about the experiments and the people involved in the genetic experiments that are being carried out by the Commander and how far the Protect Group will go to eradicate the people who are part of the experiments.
I loved these two characters together. They have a special chemistry together and I was over the moon when they find their HEA…..
They have never forgotten the love for each other!!

 photo 615_zpspuagrtez.gif

The development of the Dean’s brothers and their history is so well developed….it’s like I have become part of that family!!!

I can’t wait for Jory’s book……..and in some way a bit sad that will be the last book in these series.

Blind Faith continues the story of the Dean Brother’s who were raised to be super soldiers, but escaped to lead a normal life. Unfortunately, the cruel commander that oversaw the program in which they were born doesn’t want to let them go, and had chips implanted in them, scheduled to detonate in weeks if they don’t return to service. Blind Faith is Nate’s story, the brother who sacrificed to give little bits of normal to his younger brothers, so they would know what it felt like to be loved and part of a family. Something each one of them desperately craved.

Nate’s brothers are everything to him, but there is one woman he left behind that he can’t forget. Audrey Madison, the daughter of one of the doctors working at the base. Audrey broke up with Nate, and he’s angry with her for giving up. But years later he needs her help to disable the deadly chips because they’re running out of time.

If you enjoy romantic suspense you definitely need to try the Sin Brothers series. All of the books are filled with twists, thrills, and action, while not sacrificing the romance portion of the story. Sometimes with action/suspense stories, the romance is light or not well fleshed out, but that is not the case here. Nate and Audrey have a history and still have delicious chemistry in spite of their attempts to resist each other. I love it when a couple work through the hurts of the past and let them go. Once Nate and Audrey lay eyes on each other after spending years apart, there’s no going back.

While the danger with the commander and the chips has not past, Nate and Audrey’s romance wraps up nicely and I just know the Dean Brothers will find a solution in the concluding book of the series, Total Surrender, which is already out. I’ll be picking that up very soon.

***4 Stars***

Fear had no place between them, and yet it nearly choked him. She was the one person he'd truly been himself with, and she had to keep a thought of him alive. He had to matter to somebody.

Oh, Nate! I wanted to jump through my kindle and hug you at least a dozen times!

This third installment in the Sin Brothers focuses on the second oldest brother, Nate. The brothers are still on the search for the computer program and code to disable the kill chips waiting to detonate in their backs...killing them instantly. Nate is in Washington DC, following what the brothers believe may be their last hope...Audrey Madison.

Audrey Madison is not only a potential way in to the Commander's inner sanctum...she's the daughter of the psychotic psychologist and doctor who created them...but more importantly, she's the woman Nate fell in love with before they escaped the facility.

With the misconception that Audrey betrayed them five years ago, Nate must try to find a way to put their shared past behind them as she may be the key to their future. Can Nate face Audrey after all these years without letting his memories hinder the mission? Can he find a way to trust Audrey? What happens when he discovers that Audrey has an agenda of her own?

This series has gripped me from the very first book, and although we're a few steps closer to a resolution, we're also still miles away. Each book has done a great job of not only focusing on the brothers' romantic lives, but also progressing the overall plot of the time bomb that's ticking within them.

Audrey and Nate's chemistry and connection leapt out from their first interaction. Audrey truly loved Nate and she needed him to feel that...to know that their meeting may have been concocted by her mother, but her feelings were genuine.

The real Nate Dean, the kind, gentle man deep down...she saw him. The sexy soldier and hard-bodied charmer had intrigued her right from the start, but the man inside had stolen her soul.

Nate feels a depth of betrayal from Audrey. She was the only woman, the only person, that saw beyond the trained killer...she gave him brief moments of normalcy, of true intimacy.

He was an experiment created in a test tube, maybe without a soul, perhaps without any hope. But for a brief time, with this woman, he'd felt whole.

What are her true intentions? Will she betray him again? How much is he risking his brothers' future if he surrenders to his feelings? And what happens when a complete curve ball is thrown into the mix?

I loved watching Nate gradually go from the self sacrificing brother to wanting a future. He had resigned himself to death. Anything necessary to save his brothers and give them the life that they deserved...even if it meant that it would cost him his life for theirs.

Audrey was just the type of woman that could handle Nate. She wasn't a delicate flower. She was smart, sassy and strong-willed. She had a mission, she had goals, and she had a future that she would fight anything for.

Although the book had a slow start for me, once things picked up, it just gradually kept gaining momentum. I'm not going to lie, I may have popped a TUMS or two during the last 20-25%!

I was enthralled. Doubting everyone. Trying to keep up with the twists and turns. So many questions, so few answers....but I still felt satisfied with the forward movement of the plot. I've enjoyed this series so far, and CANNOT wait for the fourth, and final, installment. I need answers, I need a resolution. This may possibly be my most epic case of

If you are a lover of romantic suspense, this is most definitely the series for you!

This series’ main plot arc got kicked into overdrive in this installment, some political intrigue was added, and we got the inside scoop on the third Dean brother, Nate. I really enjoyed how Rebecca Zanetti set-up the misunderstanding thread between the main couple; it was plausible, was settled after a reasonable delay, and didn’t create unnecessary drama as is so often the case in these types of scenarios. Similarly to the previous books, the story blasted out of the gates with an unrelenting suspense component, and Karen White rocked the narration for a third time.

In BLIND FAITH, we learn more about the middle sibling’s past as well as his character traits, each brother brings something different to the mix, and Nate’s main focus has always been keeping his family happy. Sounds simple enough, however when you’re a genetically engineered soldier trained from birth to kill without a shred of normal in your life, it becomes a colossal task. Dean is the kind of man that’ll throw himself on the executioner’s block just to give his bros the chance at having a real Christmas. I adored him from the prologue onward.

The plot took several startling turns in this installment; one being that the love interest was none other than the Commander’s pet scientist’s daughter, Audrey, and the other was the political nature of the story line. Both made singling out who was on what side, and working for whom a challenging game of pin-the-tail-on-the-bad-guy. There were of course the obvious culprits: the Commander and Dr. Isabel Madison—I DESPISE her!—but also several grey characters which had me flip flopping all over the place. The brothers gain a crucial advantage, however they aren’t out of the woods yet.

I’m now unequivocally under Karen White’s spell after listening to BLIND FAITH. Her male voices are one of the best in the industry, and I had no trouble discerning which member of the Dean family was talking because her inflections promptly brought me back to books 1 and 2 when Shane and Matt were the dominant POVs. Her breakneck pacing transforms an already suspenseful audio into a Formula One worthy performance that’ll have you double checking to see if you pressed the playback speed option by accident.

BLIND FAITH has me praying to the audiobook gods for a fast forward button that’ll make March get here sooner, and with it TOTAL SURRENDER. ~ 4.5 stars

3.5 Fun!

I liked this series, it was pretty fun and fast to read.
Plus, I appreciated the fact that it was a bit different from your typical love story, it added a bit more to the plot than just the normal, wham, bam, thank you, mam.

Jennifer (The Book Nympho) and I teamed up for a joint review!

I've Got a Secret
Jonetta: Audrey can't tell Nate she's on his side because she wants to protect him. Puh-leeze! He's a killing machine!! Glad this didn't last too long.
Jennifer: I agree but really she loves him and wants to protect him. But yeah he's a stone-cold killer when he needs to be.

Money and Politics
Jonetta: Loved this combo for the story. I knew we could expect dirty dealing, backstabbing and somebody getting knocked off.
Jennifer: Most of the twists I saw coming but they were still written well and I really thought I knew who Audrey's dad was going to be but at last I was wrong. Unless it was another lie...

Mother of the Year!
Jennifer: Geez, Audrey's mom is a cold-hearted bitch! I wanted her to die.
Jonetta: I wanted her to become one of her test lab specimens! Epic fail as a mother.

There's a New Group in Play
Jennifer: What do you think of the new group, Protect? They might be on the opposite side as the Commander but they are just as nuts.
Jonetta: These groups never cease to amaze me. They all think their agendas justify the crazy. They both need to go down.

Commander Showdown
Jonetta: The most riveting part of the book. Didn't see it coming and it was a great moment.
Jennifer: Yeah but he didn't get the ending he needed. I'm sure he'll be around for the last book. If anyone could serve that it would be him.

And How About Karen White!
Jennifer: Karen does a great job with this series and the emotions that's written into the characters. She totally nailed Audrey's bitch of a mom.
Jonetta: Loved her performance! She nailed Mommie Dearest and brought the characters alive.

Hail or Fail?
Jennifer: Hail! BLIND FAITH is my favorite too. Seems each book and brother tops the last. Can't wait to see what Jory brings to the group.
Jonetta: Big hail! My favorite in the series to date. I think listening to the series makes a difference, too.

Blind Faith is absolutely awesome and the best one in the Brothers series so far. We dive into the midst of the action right from the start and there is not much breathing time right until the end. It is action packed, engrossing, romantic and the unresolved story arc involving the evil commander left us panting for more.

Before I even start with Blind Faith, I already felt like I knew Nathan and Audrey. They were a couple during their time in the military facility, until Audrey make a decision that left Nate heart broken. Now Nate was on a mission to find a way to save his brothers from the kill chip implanted on their spine and also looking for their missing brother, Jory. Audrey might just be his source of information to get a way in. She is still working for the commander, under-covering as the senator's assistant.

I'm glad that there isn't any hatred or stupid misunderstanding when Nate and Audrey met again five years later. That would have been frustrating. It was obvious that they were very much still in love but felt like they can't overcome the challenges thrown at them. There were a lot of mistrust, but the love they shared were palpable. I felt that they were the strongest couple among the other brothers and their girls.

The best part of the book is always when all the brothers reunited together and plotting to blow up something. Nate will never want to endanger his brothers and trying his damnest to keep them away. But Shane and Matt was having non of his bullshit and stubbornly showed up to help blew the commander's men to kingdom comes. Yowza!

There are a lot of other things that went on with Nate and Audrey and a few surprises thrown in. I shall keep my mouth zip for that. A shutout to the Grandpop who was absolutely hilarious and what a great addition to the team!

Overall, this is absolutely worth the wait and the anticipation that I felt for Nate's story since Book 1 really did live up to my expectation. Even though each book focus on a different brother, they have a main story arc that interlink all the books, so it can't work as a standalone. I can't wait to see what Rebecca will give us next. Jory's story will only come out in March 2015, which feels like a lifetime away!

4.5 - "How far would you go for family? For love?" Stars.

If like me, you swooned over Shane in Forgotten Sins, fell in love with Mattie and his dirty, dirty mouth in Sweet Revenge, you will have been impatiently waiting for Nate Dean to step out of the sidelines and give us his story. Well you are in for without a shadow of a doubt an absolute treat.

He’d loved Audrey Madison from the first second she’d flashed those innocent baby blues at him, and wasn’t a guy who loved twice.

The Sin Brothers Series holds a very big place in my heart. Firstly because Forgotten Sins was the first book that I read by Rebecca Zanetti, and Secondly because you cannot help but fall in love with these boys, and their longing for a normal life, based on family, love and togetherness. Something that those in the world around them take for granted.

Audrey Madison has not played a huge part in the previous two books, going into Blind Faith you know that Nate and her have history, and that it didn’t end well. What you don't know are the reasons surrounding it and the subsequent fall-out after it ended. Dr. Madison being Audrey’s mother has had a huge impact on her life and although she still hopes that there is a shred of maternal feeling buried deep inside her mother for her, as the book progresses Audrey begins to understand just how warped her mother really is.

The real Nate Dean, the kind, gentle, man deep down... She saw him, the sexy soldier and hard-bodied charmer had intrigued her right from the start, but the man inside had stolen her soul.

Nate and Audrey have history, having initially met and got together whilst the Grey/Dean brothers were still working under the Commander. Their relationship much like everything else started out as an experiment, but developed into something real. Even after having his heart broken by Audrey, Nate still see’s their time together as one of the high points of his life.

Fear had no place between them, and yet it nearly choked him. She was the one person he’d truly been himself with, and she had to keep a thought of him alive. He had to matter to somebody.

Slipping out of bed, he secured his gun to go check on the threat. He, turned to go back to study the only woman he’d ever loved, the one he’d have to let go in order to save his brothers. For the first time in five years, he wondered if he could do it.

The kill-chips are still very much at the forefront of this story, and the race to get the codes to de-activate them, as well as trying to discover the truth about Jory. As you would expect the action comes thick and fast as the book develops, and no other author manages to drag you into the foray quite as well as Rebecca Zanetti does. Re-enter Shane and Mattie and its full shooting and explosions ahead!

It is safe to say that the emotional connection between Audrey and Nate, even after 5 years apart and everything they have been through together (and separately) is still strong.

He tasted of lonliness, anger and lust. Hard, needy, demanding lust.

I found Nate’s vulnerability over his emotions and feelings for her so endearing, that at points it bought me to tears. That and his total belief that he is not worthy of a happily-ever-after of his own, and that his sole purpose is to make sure his brothers do is heart-breaking.

Years of loneliness, years of uncertainty, all disappeared in the softness of her touch, in the gardenia scent of her skin.

”I need you alive. I need the Gray brothers alive.”
“Dean brothers.”
“Huh?”
“Dean brothers. We took a last name years ago – only family gets to know it.”
“Good name.”
“Glad you like it. You’ll be wearing it soon.” ...

A lot of questions from the previous two books are answered in Blind Faith, but there are also a few new ones added into the mix, the Commander and Dr. Madison are still very much at large, but a few surprises are added into the suspense just to keep the reader on their toes. I don’t think I am offering a spoiler when I say that I cannot wait for Jory’s book in March 2015! The culmination of this series promises to be an absolute stunner, I just wish we were getting Total Surrender sooner!

My thanks go to Forever Publishing for finally allowing me the opportunity to review for them, with this ARC provided via Netgalley. In exchange it was my absolute pleasure to provide the above honest review.

5 Fantastic Stars!!

Once again I was swept away by the "Sin (Dean) Brothers!" . I had been impatiently waiting for Nate’s book since reading the excerpt in Sweet Revenge!!

Nate sets out to find out what happened to his child with Audrey the only woman he’s ever loved, who happens to be the daughter of the retched evil Dr. Madison who had mentioned the pregnancy on a tape he found. I loved Nate and Audrey’s characters and the loyalty and strength the both had.

I loved Audrey’s courage, her determination, and her loyalty to her mother even as she reconized her mother as NOT a very nice person. The things that her mother put her through are heartbreaking not just in the past but what she continues to do…she does something that completely shocked me, why it shocked me, considering who were talking about just goes to show how shocking it is!

 photo PicsArt_1427684793693_zpsk9b4dod7.jpg

I admired Nate for trying to handle everything on his own, even when it’s completely obvious to his brothers that he needs them and still refuses to involve them...WOW lets just say I wish I was part of this family! When the other brothers show up to take his back…goose bumps! They showed him he’s not on his own and he’s definitely not alone.

Nate‘s always felt it was his responsibility that they survive as a family, he tried to provide a normal (as possible) childhood for his brothers, his Christmas sacrifice signifies just how much he loves his brothers. With time running out, Nate decides he has to save Matt and Shane even if it mean’s sacrificing himself.

What a great addition to the series. I loved every minute of it and I CANNOT WAIT for the next book!! I need Jory's book NOW!!!

Barely 3 stars.

Nope. Did not love it at all. Nate was an ass. He knew why she left and was so mad she tried to protect him he did not try to get her back. Left her to the animals. Total dick move.

Audrey drove me nuts. Her reaction to the twist was so ridiculous it could not be believed. And she absolutely was TSTL. Her deviation to her mother was insane. If I wee Nate I would run far, far away from her stupid ass.

I don't believe they would have gotten back together otherwise.

At this point I am reading to get to the end of the series.

This review can also be found at Carole's Random Life in Books.

I thought that this was a great installment in the Sin Brothers series. I cannot believe that I have had these books sitting around for years and am just now getting around to reading them. This is the third book in the series and I do recommend reading this series in order since some of the plot points are carried on from one book to the next. I had a great time listening to this book and found it to be a really exciting read.

I was really excited to dive into Nate and Audrey's story because I knew that they had a history and I cannot seem to resist second chance romances. I loved learning what exactly happened when they were younger and enjoyed seeing that their connection was still strong. I thought that they had amazing chemistry together and I liked the way that they worked as a team. Audrey was a great character and I almost felt like her upbringing was worse than Nate's.

I thought that this book was pretty exciting. There was a fair amount of action and I was really worried about how things would work out at times. I liked the fact that both Audrey and Nate seemed to be willing to tackle whatever obstacle was thrown their way. It was really easy to cheer this pair on.

I thought that Karen White did a fantastic job with the narration. She handled all of the character voices very well and added a lot of excitement to the story. I found her voice to be very pleasant and found myself listening to the book for hours at a time. I think that her narration added to my overall enjoyment of the story.

I would recommend this book to fans of romantic suspense. This book had a wonderful blend of action and romance that kept me hooked until the very end. I cannot wait to start the next book in this series.

I received a digital review copy of this book from Forever (Grand Central Publishing) via NetGalley and purchased a copy of the audiobook.

Initial Thoughts
This was a great installment in the Sin Brothers series. I was looking forward to Nate and Audrey's story and it did not disappoint. They have a very interesting history and the feelings between the pair were very strong. I really liked the chemistry and I thought that the story was rather exciting. Karen White did a fantastic job with the narration.

YES!! This series just keeps getting better and better!!♥♥♥♥♥

I've been looking forward to this book forever..and wow! It certainly did not let me down. Rebecca Zanetti packed a lot action, suspense, and smokin' romance into this one.. The first two in the series were so good, but Blind Faith was even better.. I'm about ready to lose my cool though knowing that I have to wait till 2015 for Jory's story.. but as soon as that baby shows available I will be one-clicking the crap out that book!

This series is so good.. if you like a lot of action , super hot sexy times and some suspense thrown in.. then you need to check this series out!

I thought Matt & Shane were pretty awesome ... & then I met Nate. Swoon. He is seriously amazing! From the first two books he seemed so tough, even a little cold. Nope! He's all heart! And he certainly captured mine in this story.
Such a terrific series. The suspense and action are just as captivating as the romance. And I love the tiny hint of sceince fiction that gets woven in.
Awesome read & I'm anxious for more!♥

5 explosively badass, action-packed and sexy stars

I freaking love this book!!! Holy hell! I have just finished it, and I am pumped up, full of excitement and bouncing around my house like an idiot. What a ride! The third book in Rebecca Zenetti’s Sins Brothers series, this one is definitely my favourite. Nate and Audrey’s story has been hinted at in the earlier books of the series and I have been eagerly anticipating what was sure to be a fiery reunion, and I was not disappointed! Full of action, intrigue, danger and romance, it absolutely blew me away in its awesomeness and I couldn’t put it down.

Nate and his brothers were genetically engineered to be super-soldiers, and are on the run from the people that experimented on them and used them as killers for hire for most of their lives. They are now fighting for their very survival as they search for the way to deactivate devices that have been implanted in their bodies and triggered to kill them – and time is running out. They need a way back into the bad guys’ lair, and Audrey just may be the way in.

Audrey was Nate’s one great love, and the only person that he has ever allowed close to him apart from his brothers. She is the daughter of Dr Madison, a brilliant but sociopathic scientist (who needs to die horribly and painfully... just sayin') and one of those responsible for the torment that the brothers faced while in captivity. And though Nate and Audrey shared a great love and moments of true happiness, she ripped his heart out by leaving him. He and his brothers escaped their captivity shortly after, and they haven’t seen each other in five years.

This book drops us straight back into the story with Nate hunting down Audrey, and he is still bitter, feeling that Audrey betrayed him, that their relationship was all a ploy to weaken him, and he feels responsible for putting his brother’s lives in danger because of it. But from the moment they see each other – PHEW! Their reconnection is immediate and electric, stunning both of them with its intensity. It is clear that their passion for each other is still burning hot, and my heart was pounding from that very first glance.

As if drawn by a magnet, her focus landed on a man leaning casually against the doorway leading to the dancefloor. He looked familiar, but she couldn’t quite place him until recognition slammed into her, heating her ears and weakening her knees. It couldn’t be.

Like Nate, Audrey has never forgotten her first and only love. Of course she feels guilty for breaking his heart even though it left them both shattered, but she believed all along that he and his brothers had escaped from the horrors of their past and were living happily, having finally found the freedom they deserved, while she still lives a life that is not her own, and is full of danger and fear.

For the briefest of times, she’d belonged in the safe circle of his arms. The only time in her life she’d been truly happy and not alone. Ah, the dreams she’d spun, even though she’d known better.

There are misunderstandings and so much pain between them, but Nate makes his presence felt in Audrey’s life as he searches for the answer to save his brother’s lives. And though there are secrets to uncover, they are both still fighting hard to protect the other from the danger lurking ahead, and neither of them can deny that their feelings are still there. And thank God, there is no stupid - they feel the chemistry, they don’t fight it and the sex is emotionally intense and hot as all hell.

For a brief time, with this woman, he’d felt whole. Real. Good. Even if they just had the night, he wanted that feeling again.
Before he sacrificed everything.

When everything is revealed and they learn exactly what the other has dealt with in the years that they have been apart, as well as everything that they’re facing, it’s heartbreaking. But once again, there is no stupid. There is protectiveness and stubbornness, but it adds a great dynamic to their relationship. And when the time comes, they don’t hide from the emotions. I thought their reconnection was realistic, perfectly timed and absolutely beautiful.

“No way in hell am I letting you go this time.”

Nate, Nate, Nate. Where to even begin? He is not the cold soldier that we have seen in the series so far. Nope, he is probably the most emotional of his brothers, it’s just that he’s been operating in soldier-mode for so long, hardening his heart from the pain in his past, and his fear for his brothers, that we haven’t had a chance to see it apart from the occasional glimpse of tenderness. And in his own book, he is wide open and full of feels, and OMG, it’s a glorious thing!

Years of loneliness, years of uncertainty, all disappeared in the softness of her touch.

But of course, the romance is only a part of the story, and it’s interwoven brilliantly between numerous plotlines that see our hero and heroine facing danger after danger as they try to find a way to save Nate and his brothers, as well as take down the psychotically evil Commander. OMG, this book is action packed from start to finish! It felt like I was in the middle of an action movie. There is never a slow point, it literally goes from one high point to the next, and it’s absolutely fantastic! Double crosses, triple crosses, murder, kidnapping, car chases, it’s all happening! The pacing is fast and exciting with lots of twists and surprises thrown in along the way, and of course Matt and Shane are along for the ride. And seeing the brothers together is a very special thing.

For years, Matt had relied on Nate to keep him Sane, and now it was Matt’s turn to protect the brother who’d never wanted protection. “Let’s go get him.”

And let’s not forget about Audrey. I love her! With all that she has faced, and even surrounded by a bunch of badasses, she is brave, strong, and determined to do her part in taking down the bad guy. She doesn’t shy away from anything, and she and Nate make a fantastic team as they work together. But Nate still brings the protective alpha-ness that we all love, and it’s both hilarious and thigh-quiveringly hot!

“You fucking touch her, and I’ll rip you apart tendon by tendon … Trust me. I. Will. End. You.”

I love this series, and this book really takes things up a notch. The writing is sensational, the romance is fantastic – sexy with a lot of heart - and the action is intense as the overarching story heads towards its climax. There are more reveals in this book, and even though the boys are getting closer to finally getting their answers, the story isn’t over yet, and I cannot WAIT for more. But March 2015???? WAAAAAAAH! It’s going to be torturous, but I’m sure it will be worth it.

If you haven’t read this series yet, don’t even think about starting with this one. Pick up Forgotten Sins, and enjoy the ride!

5 massive stars.

Available in PRINT today!!! You know you want it in HAND!!!

Once again I was swept into rooting for a Dean Brother. In this book we find out just why their last name is Dean, and no longer Gray.

I've been waiting for this one since I read the teaser in Sweet Revenge. Nate wants to find out what happened to his baby. The one he just found out about. The one that should be about five years old. The one that the love of his life, Audrey, had. He knows because one of the banes of his life, her mother, mentioned the pregnancy on a tape he got his hands on. It's time he faced Audrey and took that little life back.

That's were we start this book. And you might as well set aside several hours to just hunker down and read. This is a rush from the first page to the last.

The Dean brothers are working with a really tight schedule. Kill chips are set to destroy their spinal columns in just a couple short weeks. Audrey may be the key to finding out some information crucial information for them. Nathan tries to fool himself that her help is the only reason he's with her. The steam rises off each encounter, so he has to let that idea go.

I liked Audrey for the most part. She's one strong woman. She doesn't just twist her ankle and hope a man is going to save her. She's got some pretty good moves, and she's willing to shoot to get what she needs. I did get a bit tired of her saying how much she wants her mother's approval. That woman is a witch with a capital B. Approval is good, yes. But Dr. Madison never deserves it. Once again, I sincerely hope that Ms. Zanetti has something horrible planned for her and the Commander. Something REALLY HORRIBLE! Tarring and feathering won't be enough.

Then again, there were plenty of bad guys to go around in Blind Faith. Just when I thought I had the plot figured out, WHOOSH, we took another turn. This was great fun and I highly recommend this to you.

FIVE BOOKMARKS and I need Jory's story SOON!!!

4.5 "NEVER ALONE" STARS

Each book in this series has been the perfect mix of romance, thriller, action, suspense and sizzling sex. I have loved every one of these book and each Dean brother is a true hottie in his own right.

 photo Blindfaith3_zps58143816.jpg

This was Nate’s story with the long awaited reunion with Audrey Madison at the centre of it all. As the clock is ticking down to D day for the kill chips, Nate seeks out Audrey as their last hope to getting the information they need.

description

I wasn't sure if I was going to like Audrey. I knew there would be chemistry, I wanted to meet her and I was very interested in learning more about their past. No surprise, I should have known I'd like her, Audrey was a kickass heroine just like Josie and Laney.

"Her intelligence intrigued him, while her spirit challenged him. But the woman deep down, the one full of kindness and generosity...that one owned him."

 photo Nathan_zpsaaea041b.jpg

I really love how Rebecca Zanetti not only writes strong, sexy, male leads but also strong, intelligent, beautiful female leads.

 photo Audrey_zps510cfbf0.jpg

Like the others, Nate’s story was filled with twists and turns, lots of action and red-hot sex. And for the grande finale, you can always count on Ms. Zanetti to bring it! It was action packed, heart stopping, nail biting, edge of your seat suspense-filled. Loved it!!

I'm seriously stoked for the final book and so want to know how this ends. I also can't wait to meet Jory. I don’t know how I'm going to be able to wait until next year for Jory’s book. Talk about suspense!

So I know this sounds cheesy, but seriously I am so thankful for the day I found this author and this series....This is without a doubt MY FAVE EVER!!!

If at all possible these books get better and better, and that is saying something because the first 2 books were phenomenal.

This is Nate's story and it kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish.....

Nate is desperate to get his hands on the codes for the "Kill Chip" that is implanted in him and his brothers spine, not to mention to find out if their other brother Jory is in fact alive or dead. He therefore seeks out someone that he thought he would never see again....his ex Audrey, who betrayed him 5 years ago when she broke up with him.

Audrey has never forgotten Nate, in fact she has never stopped loving him. Forced to break up with him 5 years ago, was the hardest thing she ever had to do.... Now that she is face to face with him again, all the old feelings and sparks are still there, and this time letting him go is not going to be easy.

Nate and Audrey work together in a action packed paced that will leave you hanging by the seat of your pants from start to finish....You will not want this story to end..... I also loved the Senator and he was a much appreciated character add to this misfit group of people who have banded together as a family.

The only disappointment for me was to get to the end of the book and see that the next book is only out in 2015!!!! Holy Crap how am I gonna wait that long for my next SIN fix...

Another awesome 5 star rating for this FAB author!!!!

After:
OH THANKYOU. Nate and Audrey are smart. Nate asks her about the baby, Audrey tells him the truth and he believes her. It is such a relief to see that an author can write that. Sure Nate and Audrey have their differences, but the majority of the plot is not about a ridiculous misunderstanding.

Before:
This better not take Nate half the book to realise what the first few paragraphs in Audrey's POV tells us: She's a victim too.

Because I am so over that plotline.

Ok, so far, I am still interested and invested in the series and I’m eager to find out about the fourth, Jory. There has been a few issues with the story that has giving some "WTF" moments but in the end I just let them pass.
That said, a lot is riding on the final book and I hope it can live up to it - it could tie the whole series together, or leave me dissatisfied.

Oh Nathan Dean. The genetically engineered sinfully strong sex-god has put me through the ringer; Blind Faith is the book that really begins to bring the brother's plight together and is filled with action, twists and surprises that I didn't anticipate.

Nathan may be a trained assassin, but deep down he is a gentle giant with a huge heart. This has been hinted at in the previous books and like Matt he is a protector, completely determined to do what he sees right when it comes to his brothers. He will always put them before himself. When he finally tracks down Audrey, his one true love and Dr. Madison's daughter, the discoveries he makes along with the feelings that are re-discovered and unleashed, bring out his vulnerable side and my heart went out to him. Audrey loved Nate; he was her constant when they were younger and their time together was the only time she had been truly happy and not alone. She surprised me; feisty, stubborn and selfless, she hasn't been moulded by her mother's cold and callous nature and she was a much warmer character than I was expecting.

Together they have a natural, easy, passionate chemistry and their journey is one that makes for a real page turner. Rebecca Zanetti knows how to bring us a man to love and a story that will stir your emotions amongst the action and of the three books, this was the one that tugged the heartstrings the most. Mattie may still be my favourite brother but Nate is a very close second.

The only thing left to say is how am I meant to wait until 2015 for Jory's book?! Impatiently! We get a glimpse of what is to come at the end of Blind Faith and yes, I am verging on desperation here! I need to know that these boys will deactivate those god awful kill-chips and live their happily ever afters with their wives/girlfriends. If you haven't read the previous books in the series, go do so now and if you have, this does not disappoint.
