Jamie Alexander is a writer and photographer based in Oxfordshire, England, with a keen interest in current affairs and travel. He's seen his fair share of adventures, from being mobbed by villagers in the high Himalaya and hunting wild boar in the world's most remote rain forests, to meeting Papuan rebels in the highlands of New Guinea. When he isn't off doing ridiculous things in faraway places, he likes bouldering, eating cheese, and reading about people doing ridiculous things in faraway places.
I wasnt intending to, because I had only read about 30% of the book, but tried this technique to get back into a dream I was having and did it successfully
Techniques are top notch and simple. Should work for almost anyone. It will take you several weeks of patience and practicing before you finally feel like you are getting it. There are many techniques that are out there so try and find one that works for you and keep it simple. Keep with a simple technique at least two weeks before giving up on it and use it religiously during this time. Patience makes perfect they say. Good quick and memorable read.
PS- Do not forget to ask yourself, "Am I dreaming?", during the day, then focus on something and try to move it with your mind. (Like your hand.) If it moves request lucidity for you are dreaming. :)
this is a great Informative read. it's opened me up to a whole new world. the tips are easy to follow and effective. just like anything in life....you need to practice the techniques and soon you'll be a pro.
This technique kinda worked, though I also believe that it had something to do with a wicked neck pain. Other tactics for lucidity have given me better results, but it's an interesting idea.
