A how-to book for teens that are interested in making more advanced bracelets. The instructions give clear descriptions of what materials are needed as well as good, colorful example drawings of making the bracelets. To me, a lot of the designs seem very complicated, but they could be seen as a challenge to teens who would like to make them. My one complaint is the models - every single one is a white girl.

Nonfiction/craft. you have to look to the Great Internet to figure out how you want to make your closures (I like the button-and-loop not included in here), but the instructions are otherwise clear, well illustrated, and good. I can definitely see teens, tweens, and adults getting into this.

Good designs and instructions but be aware they may ask for 14 strands but only show four in the instructions. I also had a few designs that needed more or less length than they stated. But overall a useful and fun book to get designs from.

I looked at a bunch of friendship bracelet books, and this one was the best. Clear and well illustrated instructions are the key.
