I'm a loving dedicated wife and mother who was born and raised in South Florida. My husband was born in England and moved to the states as a young boy with his family.
When I am not chasing after a toddler I help run a family owned and operated construction company with my father.
I got into reading at a young age. The first book outside of school I ever read at the age of 7 was written by my Aunt.
Over the years I have read thousands of books of all different genres. I never thought about writing, but one day I sat my book down, picked up my laptop, started writing, and haven't stopped yet.
This is the 2nd time I read the series...wait! Series? Lol ok...2 books...the 3rd book should have been released by now, so my rating went from 5 stars& over looking type o's & other major grammatical errors, to 3 stars & a knit picky review. One thing I detest, is when authors start a great series , leave you hanging on a MAJOR cliffy & then never follow through with the story...no closure, no questions answered....your just hangin! It plain sucks...so read these two books if you don't care about endings, like the story just dropping off in the middle, its like whip lash....grrrrrr it makes me frustrated....
Ok now I'm glad that I decided to read the next book despite the first one falling so flat for me. While there were still quite a few off-putting grammatical and spelling errors, there weren't nearly as many as in Betrayed. I also really liked the feel of this book. Not only was the plot linear, but it was characterized by an appealing country charm. I definitely am looking forward to reading the next novella!
