Iskiir had escaped the walking black monoliths that had crushed his village. Now in the city of Tajmengus with his cousin Yeni, he is being trapped by them again. The first rank sorcerers may not be able to stop them. Can Iskiir escape again and find help? What powers might help?

Easton has returned to the fabulous world of the Arabian Nights with an exciting tale of walking stones and soul-draining magic. I found the desperate determination to meet the challenge to be quite satisfying.
