The shocks just keep coming. It seems that as soon as Ever, her men, and friends get used to one new revelation, another one follows quickly on its heels.

Really Wish She’d Get an Editor
Same problems in this book as her others, the editing. Repetitive words. Repeated explanations. Formatting issues, etc. The story is interesting so I stick with it, but if she’d just get a real editor these stories would be so much better. It throws you out of the story sometimes.
However, I enjoyed the continuation of everyone’s story and want to see what happens next, so I will continue to read and wince along.

Another successful trip Home
I am not sure where to start, and that's a really rare thing for me.
Waking up this morning to find Keeping Promises in my Kindle library was such an amazing way to wake up. I've been following Ever and her guys since Home was first released, and I wait for every subsequent book like a 6 year old waits for Santa. I'm the same way with the author's other series, Broken Kings, featuring Jynx and her guys. Anyway. Not relevant to what I'm doing.
When I put the pieces together that Riley was Mona's daughter, and that she had a totally (but not really) separate relationship with Jynx, I about died, because I could just picture a book with Ever, Jynx, Lyric, Zemi, and Riley. The utter chaos just one of those five can create is unbelievable, so adding the other four could be nothing less than apocalyptic.
I'll be honest. I was just a tiny bit let down today. Keeping Promises is very ... domestic. Lots of time at home with some great character and relationship development, but I crave the action like an addict with heroin. And that's just not what this book is about. It also didn't have the simmering tensions that I thought there would be after the end of Deadly Betrayal. However, there was some darn dramatic action at the end, and that went a ways towards soothing the bloodthirsty beast inside.
I adore the interplay between the characters, and it feels like settling into a favorite recliner. I love coming home to a good book with wonderful characters and strong plots, and I enjoyed the time with Ever, and I'll be waiting for whatever comes next.

Found family and a cliff hanger
I absolutely love how Nikita has made this found family turn into a giant world with multiple books! The finding my Home series focuses on Ever and her men but in this book you get some Jynx, lyric, a long lost bestie, Peter and the list goes on. The morally grey characters working for the right side of the law. They all have a snarky touch mine and die attitude. Always facing someone worse than before. There is action, planning, steamy scenes, Evers found family, celebrations, heart ache and as always cliff hangers that leave you wanting more! Impatiently patiently awaiting book 9!

honestly the end of the book was what saved this review
again i think we had too much details on stuff other than the action it self
the beginning was stressful because of jensen, trick and cash but then everything went smoothly
then we had a bunch of events that were really detailed and then only in the end we started the real action (which is what i’m focused on this series)
my favs are still the same kkk
happy for peter and lyric
loved that our girl rylie is back and i wish all the best with her (i hope she’s more active in the story too)
i guess that’s it, i don’t think there’s anything that i want to add

What an ending! The book overall was great and it was great following the story, at one point I didn’t think the main focus of this book would be complete and would carry on over more than one book but I was wrong and it was resolved although the ending has opened an even bigger can of worms. If you haven’t already read it I would recommend reading the Broken Kings series before this one as events from that series are mentioned in this book but enough of an explanation is given that you can read it without.

I am still shocked how long this series is...but I am not complaining! Ever and her men just grow their family, show the bad guys they mean business, get tossed around in the action thrown their way, make me laugh my ass off, fight the darkness and kick ass in general!
Oh, and they're super hot.
Yes, even eight books in, they are still all super steamy!

you are killing me!
Nikita hits another one out of the park! Talk about a roller coaster ride! The characters are just so likeable. The plot is wild and keeps us on the edge of our seats! Just when i think i can breathe, bam, another twist. I love these characters and how the plot is so well thought out and entertaining. On one hand i can’t wait to see how the series ends, but on the other , i don’t want it to end. I love all the characters!

excellent read
Once again we are treated to a book of intrigue, mystery and love/lust. I do love a RH romance and this series really does the genre justice. Thank you Nikita Parmenter for the continuation of one of my favorite series to date. I do hope that eventually we find out more about the mysteries of the school, Blackbreak & Ryan too. It’s very exciting. I’d love a book were it’s just them at home a bit more though or visiting the bikers. Lol

Whoa! That ending!
Wow.
Another great addition to this series.
The holidays are upon the teams, so despite having a new job to do, it’s slow going until after the new year. Once that passes though, things start to pick up and they get the lead they need.
That ending though. Ugh!
I can’t wait for the next. It’s going to be tough.

Wow
Once again Nikita has kept me in suspense while moving the story along at a pace that feels natural. The characters growth in this series amazes me as time goes on. I love the way she keeps the story going and it never seems to repeat. And the links between characters. Definitely well thought out plts and characters!! Can't wait to see what happens next!

As with all of your books, darling, you are amazing. I wish I could get an ARC copy of the next book because holy crap you left me speechless this is my go to series to read. I’ve read it like four times the entire series. I own all of them and physical copy, audible as well. I’m hoping you put the rest on audible. Great job recommended to everyone.

Love this series
I absolutely love this series. With all the plot twists, action, suspense, ect. Ever and her guys are so well written they almost leap off the pages and all the drama that surrounds them and their friends. This book does not disappoint and is just as good and the others in this series.

Enjoying the storyline
I love all the characters and the new developments. However it started off slow and some parts are redundant and has excessive side fillers. When it came to the action the ladies and their men did not disappoint. The ending pulled me back in and I can't wait to start the next book.

Wiched twist.
I liked this one a lot better than the few before. I felt like we got more interactions with the guys and Ever and it wasn't just plot. It had smut in it. Hopefully the rest get their time in book 9. That cliffhanger was insane. I can't wait to see how everything comes together!.

Amazing as always
I was so excited to start reading this. I am in love with Evers story. That ending though.....blew my mind seriously. Was not expecting that. Great job on this. I cant wait for the next book to see how this situation is handled.

I have been following these series of books and each time a new book comes out I go back and re-read the pervious ones.
