When Drew Minola signs up for the annual submissive auction at Twisted & Tied – DC’s premier BDSM club – she’s under the impression it’s mostly for show. She doesn’t expect there to be any real competition for her and anticipates a night of slightly kinky sex with her sort-of boyfriend – which would be a vast improvement over the disaster that was her last foray into the Lifestyle. What she ends up with is an overwhelmingly intense, deliciously sexy stranger who isn’t one to take no for an answer – not that she’s saying no. She’s too busy begging – Yes, please, more! But when their night is over, can she do more than dip her toe into the BDSM world and learn to embrace the submissive within?
Shibari expert Sebastian Falk wants Drew in his arms, in his bed and in his ropes, and he’s willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen – including buying her submission for the night. But he wants so much more than just one night. More than anything he wants to show her what submitting to a real Dom is like, because the one she’s with is dangerous and reckless. Bas isn’t going to let him ruin any more lives and if that means stealing Drew right out from under the son of a bitch’s nose, then so be it. Great risk for great reward – and she is the greatest prize Bas has ever claimed. She’s no wilting flower, though, and training her is going to test all of his skills as a Dom…but that's nothing compared to the trouble he's going to have when the secrets he's been keeping come back to haunt him - and Drew.
** I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.**
This is my second book that I have read from Ms. Kincaid, and she did not disappoint. Drew (or Drusilla as Sebastian likes to call her) is so green (funny how I use this word since it is also her safe word) to the BDSM lifestyle. Sebastian (or Bas) is so intrigued by Drew. He has seen Drew previously a few months back at Twisted & Tied with douche bag Chad. He also noticed the scene Chad and Drew had did not go so well. He sees her again and wants to win her at the auction. Drew thinks that Chad will win her but instead Bas does. He wants to train Drew into becoming the best submissive and for he to recognize a good Dom when she sees it. BTW, the scene in his apartment by the living room window, a must read and totally hot!!!!
Bas trains Drew slowly into her new role. Drew knows that she wants Bas to be her Dom because she is slowly falling in love with Bas. But when Drew finds out Bas’ true motivation in winning Drew, she is not so convinced that she would ever be with someone who “mislead” her.
In the end, love does prevail and Bas does explain his motivation of having Drew to becoming a submissive.
Love Blue Kincaid’s writing style. This book was funny too at times with Drew’s lack of filter, but you can see Bas enjoying her funny side. I cannot wait to read more of Ms. Kincaid’s work.
Entertaining story with a few laugh out loud moments from some of the things that pop into Drew's head at the strangest times. Bas is a laid-back Dom. Lessons about how the D/s relationship works. Mix in plenty (and I mean plenty!) of hot sexy times. Like plenty of hot sexy times. Throw in a small measure of drama and possible deceit.
When it's all done and come together, you get this story!
I advice that before you read Training Drew you read Five Weeks in December (Tied&Twisted, #1) and get the insights as to where all the characters are from, how they all first meet and their playing headquarters, Twisted&Tied. (Check out my review on GoodReads)
Drusilla Minolla aka Drew describes Sebastian Falk aka Bas as a Viking. All I kept thiking about was the TV show. So what better way than to have a mental eye candy image of Bas as Ragnal (Travis Fimmel). Yes, that will do for me.
As per Drew, well Bas says she’s petite and she even says that on a good day her boobs are B cup so I went with Rachel Bilson. She’s cute. I don’t always have an image of the characters in my head.
Sebastian Falk, the Viking, is a Shibari expert. It can also be called Kinbaku and is a form of artistic rope bondage. You know he can make all those pretty lupes and designs with rope. Don’t second guess him. Bas is like the MacGuyver of bondage. You never know what he’s going to come up with next.
“Do you leave me tied up?”
“Sometimes. It can be a form of punishment. It can be a form of reward. It can be a very special brand of torture or it can be the most sublime pleasure and ecstacy you’ve ever experienced.”
Drew was brought to Twisted&Tied by her former Dom/Boyfriend/Play Partner, Chad. Looser!! I guess there was no label on their relationship but you could tell right away that Chad thought he was the one in control. He was supposed to auction her up to be sold in an auction he thought he had rigged and it was all going to go his way. Little did he know there are people with higher powers and friends in all kinds of places. Apparently Chad doesn’t fall in the “friendly” zone. Not only is Twisted&Tied Bas’ playing headquarters, but he is close to the owner and his friends are also members there. They’ve been keeping their eyes out on Chad for an inccident that starts of in Book 1. They don’t think he is the right Dom for anyone and Bas specially feels he is not the right Dom for Drew. He doesn’t tell her rigth away, but he watched a play scene between her and Chad go wrong. Wax Play.
“Because the whole point of tonight was that I wanted to…experience what it was like. To belong to someone. Be…owned.”
The idiot Dom that Chad is burns her and of course Drew is scared and has no trust. Bas sets up to buy her off from this auction and train her to at least find herself in the BDSM world or at least that she would have the knowledge to pick the right Dom. He wants to teach her the sensual and pleasure part of BDSM she has been missing out on and is curious to find out about. I laugh because he calls her litle one (My Priest) and sets out all these rules and regulations for her to learn and what he’s learning and realizing is that he’s sort of training himself too. He thought this was supposed to be a way for him to help Drew, you know, no strings attached. He can help her find the right Dom. Sure Bas. Keep telling yoursef that. I was just hoping he was able to train such a lost case. I had very little and no hope for Drew.
“Dominance and submission is a two way street. Without your submission, I can’t dominate you. Without my dominance, you have nothing to submit to. We need each other, little one.”
If you’re looking for a soft, erotic, BDSM read, these books are for you. It focuses more on the training, the need, pleasure, wants of somone curious to the lifestyle. What to expect when being trained by the right Dom. Or is he? Is she a sub? Can she submit to what he’s going to demand out of her? It’s a real fun series. Harry and December from Book 1 are hard to top for me. Not putting Bas and Drew down because both couples are into different types of play which made it even more fun. You’re going to love the characters. Let me tell you about the sex in these stories. Hot, very Hot. To the point where I was wondering if the peope around me while I was reading could tell what I was reading. I felt myself blushing and my ears turning warm and red. No need to clench your thighs, that won’t help. I love it when a story makes me feel as if I was part of the moment. Boy would I love to trade places with Drew. Probably even December. I highly recommend it to my kinky, BDSM BookWhores. Raphe story is next and I’m hoping I’m an early reader for that story too. Look out Blue Kincaid…I’m coming for you. Happy Readings!!
“I can put you however I want you, pin you and restrain you with or without rope. You’re at my mercy, little Drusilla. I like that very much.”
*An ARC was received by the author in return for an honest opinion*
Training Drew Blue Kincaid I received this book in exchange for an honest review. I must say that this is the second in the series Twisted & Tied with Five Weeks in December being the first installment. I really enjoyed that story and was looking forward to reading more by this newly discovered (by me) author. I am glad to say that she did not disappoint me. I enjoyed it just as much. Twisted & Tied is a BDSM club that Drew Minola finds herself at one night participating in the annual submissive auction. She expects her date Chad will buy her. However, Sebastian Falk has his eye on her and soon she hears the word SOLD and Chad is nowhere to be seen. Sebastion has bought her! This calls out to all her BDSM secret fantasies and she eagerly goes home with him, hoping to discover more about herself and the world that fascinates her. "What exactly did you buy when you paid all that money for me? Do I have to sleep with you?" She asks nervously. "You don't have to no. I'm hoping that you want to." "I do. Very much." Sebastian is an amazing Dom and sets out to give her an experience that she will always remember and cherish. He points out the many rules of conduct between Dom and sub and shows her the meaning and feeling of true submission. He is an expert of Shibari and ties her up. He makes her ask for a spanking in a truly erotic scene. I thought these two characters were hot hot hot. I could not get enough of them. I loved the way that Sebastian was counting out the rules as he explained them to her. He was so sweet and caring and then so very Dom like as he brought her to countless orgasms. She is living her dream. She thinks " she owned a clit and even didn't know how to use it the way he did." Their growing relationship was just perfect for her, it shows her how a real man treats his woman. I loved every page. Now of course we have not heard the last of the scorned lover Chad and he comes back to try to cause some trouble. I have enjoyed both books so far by this author and I find myself eagerly awaiting the next segment in the Twisted & Tied series. I would rate this story a 5/5.
Bas that boy doesn't play around right from the start he sets the rules. "before she could even finish her thought, Sebastian's big hand cracked across her panty-covered a**, sending a shockwave through her. "I don't like whining," he murmured, mouth still nibbling against her nape. "If you want something, Drusilla, ask for it." Drew sometimes (well all the time) doesn't filter what comes out of her mouth, "your bathroom is huge! But, then, so are you." Drew is learning if you want something all you need to do is ask for it and Bas will give it to her, "touch me, Bas. Please." He was across the kitchen in one and a half long-legged strides, his mouth on hers in an instant and his hands...oh yes, his hands were on her, whisking open the buttons of the shirt she wore, shoving it open, baring her to him." I was surprised that our boy had an actual sense of humor, well one of the dirty kind, "his hands flexed on her a** and he groaned, nodding. "I'm a fan, too," he laughed breathlessly as she gave his length a tight, squeezing stroke. "Eff, Drew, you're not even gonna but my dinner first?" I love how this is a series, but each book is about different characters, and is a stand a lone.

Holy hotness this book was awesome. I love Blue's writing style. She has written another great book. I could not put this book down. 'Training Drew' is such a great BDSM story. The humor throughout had me laughing so hard. I could relate to Drew and her wandering thoughts. Who wouldn't want their own Sebastian? The way the story played out was very good. One of the main points of this story in my opinion, is trust and how it's a critical element in a Dom/sub relationship. Well written. I look forward to reading the next book. A great add to your tbr list.

Such a good story!
Drew is new to the lifestyle and very eager to learn more about being a submissive and becoming a part of the BDSM family. She's stumbled upon a Dom 'Chad' who has a reputation most would not approve of, but she has set aside certain reservations in order to learn more about her recent desires.
Sebastian 'Bas' is a welcomed breath of fresh air! He's a well-known Dom –known to be a gentle but stern Dom with a flare for Sharbari–in the club Twisted & Tied. With his smoldering good looks and stern hand, Bas turns heads easily in the club but currently only has eyes for one woman in particular.
When Bas spots Drew walk into Twisted & Tied with Chad red alerts go off throughout his body. Again, Chad has brought a new woman into the scene with no training. Green and wide-eyed, Drew is thrown into the scene not really knowing what's to come. Despite his extreme dislike for Chad he can't ignore his pull to Drew, and he seeks her out.
He sets out on a mission that will take Drew away from Chad and teach her exactly how a Dom is suppose to act and treat his a submissive. With his plan set and ready to go he has one mission....make sure that Drew is safe, that she will be willing to walk away from Chad and other Doms like him when the time comes. All he has to do is train her to be the best little submissive and understand what a good Dom means. Little did he know how arousing, challenging, and unbelievably lovable Drew would be. The chemistry between these two is electrifying, magnetic, combustible.
The Best Thing: Wow! The chemistry throughout this book is palpable. I loved it through and through!
Can you find a more prefect man? Hard working, a gentle side, very understanding and communicative, easy going, a great teacher in the art of Sharbari and submission, and a great lover. Bas is freaking HOT!
Overall I loved the story. Bas may have not been upfront in the beginning about his angle for getting Drew to be with him, but his intentions and everything else along the way was good.
There was a good flow from beginning to end, great chemistry throughout, and very detailed in how Drew's training progressed.
The Worst Thing: I've had a major issue with sentence structure and completion at times. Finally I realized that another round of editing needed to take place and I tried to be more forgiving until name changes began happening. UGH!
Towards the end of the book I could tell that things were wrapping up, but we never found out what happened to Katie (Harry's ex-fiance, the woman who inspired Bas to take Drew). We know that whatever happened to Katie made Bas feel as though he needed to retaliate for his friend, but what happened? This definitely could have been developed more, it seemed like an incomplete thought and that got under my skin.
I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
It is no small feat to write a romance about domination and submission that is sweet and charming. Yet in her newest release Training Drew, Blue Kincaid did just that without losing any of the heat and spice you expect in a BDSM relationship.
Drew Minola signed up for the annual submissive auction at DC’s premier BDSM club. She mistakenly believed that only her date would be bidding on her. Instead it was unbelievably sexy Sebastian Falk who claims her that night. Drew is instantly attracted to Bas and therefore agrees to one night with the delicious Dom. But that one night leads into another, and before she knows it, Drew is hoping for something a little more permanent. Bas is surprised at his connection with Drew but he’s keeping a big secret from her that may just derail any hope for a future together.
I fell in love with Drew from the very first page. Ms. Kincaid was able to create a character that I want to be friends with. Drew has absolutely no filter and says exactly what she is thinking and she was constantly making me laugh with her wry observations. I loved her sassy attitude and her openness to learning new things. She is the perfect example of how being submissive does not make you weak.
Bas wanted Drew the moment he saw her and he did whatever he could to make her his. Bas has all the necessary qualities you would want in a Dom – he’s attractive, alpha, wealthy, etc. But he actually won my heart with his very first lesson as Drew’s Dom – “You are a treasure and if a man doesn’t treat you as one, then get the hell away from him.”
Training Drew as everything you could want in a romance novel. Ms. Kincaid was able to successfully mix humor, romance and steamy hot sex on almost every page. I was constantly alternating between laughing out loud and fanning myself. The chemistry between Drew and Bas is off the charts. Each sex scene just made me wish to be in Drew’s shoes as Bas introduced her to the joy of submission. Training Drew is a soft, erotica read with the focus being on Drew learning about what she wants and needs.
Even the secondary characters were interesting, especially Drew’s roommate Jeannie. I also enjoyed revisiting with Harry and December from book one as well as the third in the bromance trio, Raphe.
Of course, in typical romance fashion, the hero is keeping a secret from her heroine that will cause her to doubt their relationship. This particular secret, for me, wasn’t a deal breaker, but did provide just enough tension to keep the story flowing and made it easier for me to believe that Drew could forgive Bas.
While you can read Training Drew as a standalone book, I believe that you will have a better understanding of the impetus behind Bas’ decision to go after Drew if you first read Five Weeks in December. You also get to revisit Harry and December, the couple featured in the first book. And I’m hoping to read about Raphe’s story really soon.
I was taken with book one in this series and couldn't wait for book two! Training Drew focuses on Bas who we met as a friend of Harry's in the previous story.
Sebastian had seen her months ago in the club with Chad, he wanted to save her then but didn't. He wants her and he wants her even more knowing shes with Chad, a poor excuse for a Dom if he'd ever seen one. Their is certainly no love lost between the two males and Chad shouldn't have the gift of this beautiful innocent woman. He abuses, doesn't follow the rules or respect. When the Club Twisted and Tied has an auction for the night he knows hes going to bid and win Drew no matter the cost.
Drew is new to the club she lacks experience but has a deeper need to learn. Chad she knows deep down is not the one for her, doesn't respect her and often pushes her further then she would like to go. However she keeps seeing him because she knows he holds the key to a world she wants to know... It's at the club when she meets Bas the most sexiest male shes ever laid eyes on. For some reason he has an interest in her and when he wins her at the auction for a night.. It's then her training really begins..
Wow oh Wow the chemistry for this couple was HOT HOT HOT right from the start. I loved getting to know Bas better and seeing how he worked! It was great reading to see Chad finally put in his place, what a jerk.
Drew was a great mix of feminine power and innocence I was enthralled by the blooming in her.. Bas was such a gentleman (well one who has ropes and spanks lol.)
The reoccurring characters how I missed you and was happy to see you again, I really love this close knit group. So excited for the next book this series has so much potential, the author has me hooked.
I have to know more about Emmaline and Raphe the wait is going to kill me!
I really loved the elegance of the first book in this series, Five Days in December. I was excited when the author asked if I'd like to read Training Drew. While I didn't like it quite as much as the first one, I read through this in one sitting. That means that I did like it!
Drew is flighty. Drew is curious. Drew put herself into some really scary situations. It was a good thing that Sebastian spots her and buys her in a submissive auction. He has an ulterior motive, but basically he has her best interests at heart. Oh, and he thinks she's pretty special! That's good.
The same "bad guy" from the first book is in this one. My guess is that there are people like him out there, pretty much playing at being Doms...and people do get hurt. One could almost read this as a cautionary tale. Well, one could...but one can also read this to get a peek into the lifestyle. Definitely not for the under 18 crowd.
It was fun seeing December and Harry again. And I'm sure there will be more visits with the side characters that Ms. Kincaid has created. I look forward to seeing them in their own books.
*Thank you, Ms. Kincaid, for the opportunity to read Training Drew
Drew has decided to give the BDSM lifestyle another try after a disastrous first attempt and finds herself back at Twisted and Tied with her would be dom. What she doesn't expect it to be volunteered for the submissive auction and end up with a different man than the one she came with.
Bas cant believe his luck when he sees her enter the club. The woman he has been dreaming about has walked back into his universe and this time, Bas is determined to keep her there.
As Drew and Bas explore their new relationship, they must confront their blossoming feels that are making things more complicated than either of them anticipated and when the whole truth about Bas is revealed, can Drew truly submit?
So, I have learned that when you are reading an erotic novel, you kind of have to go into them with low expectations in the character development area. These books are what they are...hot sex, and lots of it and this book doesn't disappoint. It is a quick, hot read with characters you will really enjoy as long as you don't expect to much from them.
My thoughts:
Quick hook or slow starter? 4 (I was drawn in right from the start) Character development: 3 Level of Romance between characters: 4 Passion/Heat level: 4.5 (sex scenes are hot and you get a lot of them.) Angst/Heartbreak: 4 (these two have a few obstacles but nothing too crazy.) Cliffhanger?: Nope, everything is all wrapped up.
Overall, this was an enjoyable read...for an erotic novel, it is a good one. Definitely recommended to those looking for a quick, hot and sexy read.

Training Drew (Twisted & Tied, #2) by Blue Kincaid 4 out of 5 stars
After reading "Five Weeks In December" I fell in love with Blue Kincaid's style and knew I would be finishing the entire Twisted and Tied series. Drew and Bas' story does not disappoint, with the tie-in of Harry and December's story, it's a great example of a beautiful, well developed story that happens to contain the BDSM lifestyle.
Drusilla, or Drew, is frightened by a previous scene gone wrong but her curiosity is too intense to just walk away from Twisted and Tied. So she agrees to be auctioned off for the night as a sub.
Sebastian,or Bas, remembers Drew's negative experience and remembers wanting her even then, so when its time to bid he makes sure he wins. What happens in 24 hours doesn't always stay in 24 hours. As passion flairs and trust is built, old memories come back to destroy their future.
Kincaid continues to build relatable, well defined, truly real people who open up what's good and pure in the Lifestyle. Once again I felt educated, titillated, ensnared, and well pleased at the end of the book and I can't wait for book 3!
*A complimentary copy was given in exchange for an honest review* Pippa, My Secret Book Spot
I really liked Bas and Drew in this book. The characters were strong and we saw them in the first read. Bas is sexy and alpha male, but not as much as we normally see in these reads. Drew has a lot to learn being a novice. It shows in the Dom she is with at the submissive auction. Chad is a real piece of work and needs to be pulled down a couple of notches! I really did not like him and wonder if he doesn't come back to haunt these characters later. Anyways, where was I? Oh yes!! Bas!! The knight in shining armor! I can take him home!! Yes, Please!!?? Bas has a way of teaching her his rules. "Rule number one Drew. You are a treasure and should be treated as such. If they don't then you need to run. Even if it is from me Drew." Wow!! Treasure that is what you are!! Yep! These characters were strong and I will continue to read this series. The author did good with these characters and introducing them as they come along. I wanted a little more angst and push and pull between Bas and Drew and want to know how they do. I am pretty sure that the author won't disappoint either.
I received this ARC from the author via Net Galley for my honest review. Thank you, Net Galley!
First off, ever since I read the preview at the end of Five Weeks in December, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book!
Why? Because I was excited for more Bas! I want more Bas!! A Dom who masters the art of bondage with rope.
Bas is another Dom and friends with Harry. Bas meets Drew at the BDSM club. The terms of their relationship begins as a one night only sort of deal, but eventually turns into more.
Drew is refreshing. She's innocent and honest. She speaks before thinking, which I love. She's curious about the lifestyle and looking for the right Dom to teach her. Oh boy, is Bas an awesome teacher!!
Blue does a perfect job of providing a brief introduction to the supporting characters. They draw you in and when they walk away, you want more. In book one, it was Bas and Raphe (this is another Dom). In this book, it was Noah. He's the manager of the BDSM club they frequent.
My only complaint is that it's too short. I would have liked to see their relationship progress a little more. I also missed Raphe. There is only one scene with him.
Drew is interested in the BDSM sex life and is dating a man who wants to experiment with her. The only problem is that he is not a good Master and Sebastian want to make sure that she does not suffer by his hands. It seems as though Sebastian will get his chance sooner than he thought. The club has decided to have an auction of Slaves and Drew was guaranteed that her date would win her if she would put herself up for sale. She ends up going home with Sebastian instead.
Not a real fan of this book. Drew acted more like a hesitant teenager instead of a woman who knows her mind. Sebastian was a weak Master who let her call the shots because she had never done BDSM before. The sex scenes were more vanilla even when they were using ropes.
The characters were written more two dimensional and needed to be more vibrant. The author is a fantastic writer however. Her sentence structures were clear and concise and the book flowed with no confusion. I loved the story line but it was just too weak.
These books are a pretty quick read - meaning you will just need to keep reading to find out more! Once you start, it is hard to put down.
The BDSM is pretty light - there is just enough detail. There are some steamy parts but the book focuses mostly on the interaction between Bas and Drew. Drew knows she's interested in the lifestyle but she isn't interested in what Chad has been showing her. If you didn't hate Chad in the first book, you will by the end of this one. He is right up there with my hate of King Joffrey. Especially the whole thing with the candle wax... asshole.
Bas is a really likable character. He is super down to earth. Plus, he knows what he enjoys and what he's good at and he masters though. (Hah quick pun). He gives Drew strength not only as a sub but as a woman. He encourages her and believes in her, even when she doesn't.
rew is amusing to read. I liked her as a female character. She was strong and a bit of a smart-ass, which is always a plus. She is so honesty about everything. She thinks something and it just comes right out.
This is the second novel I have read by Blue Kincaid and it features Sebastian and Drew who we briefly met in Five Weeks in December. This was a great story that began at an auction at a BDSM club where our heroine is assured that no one but her "boyfriend" can buy her. However, Sebastian has other plans for Drew and her boyfriend is conveniently absent when the bidding begins. Since Drew assumes she only has this one night with Bas, she decides to make the most of it and enjoy herself. Bas has other plans as well for Drew, ones that involve more than just one night... This was a fun read and while it is the second in the series it can certainly be read as a stand-alone. However, why not enjoy a little more time with this author and read the first book too!
I was surprised by Blue Kincaid, in Training Drew she gives you a beautiful look into the trust and faith needed for form a Dom/sub relationship. Drew goes to a BDSM club with Chad, who doesn't know how to truly treat a sub with respect, fortunately for Drew, Sebastian notices her with Chad a sees her potential as a sub. Sebastian works to end up with Drew for a night hoping he can help her learn how to be a sub but also how to choose a Dom. The lessons are taught in an indirect manner and Sebastian's technique with have you swooning. This is not hard core BDSM but it is a great representation of the honest emotions/communication needed between a Dom/sub. I loved falling under Sebastian's special!
** I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.**
This is my first book that I have read from Ms. Kincaid. For such a short story it sure did pack a full punch. Drew was alike able character. Drew is so innocent with the Bdsm lifestyle. Sebastian (or Bas) is a mystery I wanted to know what his back story was. He wants to own Drew but he wants to teach her and what a good teacher he is. chad was a douche bag with the way he treated Drew. I am glad that this story gave me a back story on what happened with Drew and Chad. Over all Bas is a nice guy and he truly wants to teach Drew what it means to be a submissive.
Scenes in the book were hot and in the end we get a happy ending.
I don’t know what it is about this little erotica series. I think I used the term erotica with heart with the last book and I think I can safely say I would use that term again in book two. Yes, the sex is steamy and the conversation is snarky fun, but what I really like is the sweetness to it all. Sometimes that can get lost in this genre.
Drew and Sebastian make a great duo and get all knotted up with each other. I is a quick read and one I wouldn’t want to spoil with too much detail. Honestly the write up pretty much does a spot on job of it.
3 Bright and shiny stars for book 2 is this great little series! T~
I am definitely a fan of Blue Kincaid and this series. I was impressed with Ms. Kincaid's treatment of the various BDSM lifestyles in the first book and it's obvious she took care in this book as well. The art of Shibari, or Japanese knot tying is explored in exquisite detail and with great dignity. The story is well plotted, well researched and extremely well written. I highly recommend the series and look forward to more. Training Drew could stand alone, and it's not vital to read the books in order, but don't miss out on book one. *I received my copy from NetGalley.com in exchange for an honest review.
Ok, I can honestly and truthfully say I totally enjoyed this book, I read the first in this series , 5 weeks in December, which was really good but I feel this book is even better, Blue is just getting better with each story, the sex scenes are written so I felt I was right there with Drew and Bas and Bas had me swooning and wanting to be Drew. This is a light bdsm book with a romantic story line and even a little angst thrown in. I've totally enjoyed getting to know the characters in this series and I can't wait to read the next book.
I received this book in exchange of an honest review.... And as usual Blue Kincaid delivered!!!! Hot and sweet, Training Drew confirms this serie as a must read! Well written with a good story even for people that are not fan of light bdsm! Sebastian or Bas is as hot as sizzling coal and Drusilla aka Drew is as sweet and innocent as can be! The characters are adorable and you won't be able to not fall in love with them all! It was a pure pleasure and i can't wait to discover the rest of the serie! Thumbs Up!!!
Oh miss Kincaid has done it again fir me. What a story about bad and drew. I love the way they meet at the club after drew is convinced by her lowlife of a boyfriend to self herself for one night. I gave been so jealous of Drew, you can feel the attraction and love coming from bas in bucket loads. The story is very easy to read and become part of I loved both this book and it's previous book five weeks in December. , and I really look forward to future reads
What to look for in a Dom? He has a list for her and guess what he fills everyone, but he has a secret.... I loved Drew and the fact her mouth has no filter on it. She thinks it and out it comes. This was a really good book a strong Dom and a new subbie to this world. I enjoyed all the characters including the secondary ones and look forward to future books with them all...
I found this book to have it all. I loved the relationship that built between Drew and Bas. I wasn't sure how things would turn out in the end, but I was very pleased. While this novel was definitely BDSM, it wasn't the pain and degradation I have read previously that was a complete turn off. This book was written in a very sensual way and was a complete turn ON!
Fab read, I enjoyed the interactions between our MCs. I found my self counting out the rules laid by our hero as the story and training went along. They were pretty great rules I must say. A really sweet story unfolds amidst all sorts of hot and naughty things in this read. This one goes on the "reread" shelf for sure.
