I actually clapped! This amazingly colorful cookbook with easy recipes and also recipes where the kids can help was a joy to read, and cook from. I haven't tried any of the desserts yet but the other recipes are variations of my favorite foods. I would advise anyone who loves Mexican food to get this book!
