Ugh, for anyone considering purchasing Lonely Planet guidebooks, let me do my best to dissuade you. They are highlight mainstream attractions, many of which are poorly researched. Two of these listings send me to nonexistent hostels, and most of the restaurants they recommended were a colossal disappointment. I chucked this halfway through France and picked up the Let's Go guides, which were much more edifying.
