A Must for Your Toddler!
Let's start with the moral: it's good to like and be yourself. With great parenting skills demonstrated by his mother, good humor, a chance for adventure, and an exploration of the diversity of his community, Ducky Duck discovers all sorts of things about his friends, including that their bodies are designed for what they eat and do, and concludes he's happiest being himself. This is a great lesson for anyone.
The extremely well written text is partnered with bright, colorful pictures designed to work with ereaders! Usually my largest complaint is maps and drawings that won't expand to readable sizes. With a picture book for children it is critical to be able to examine the details. However, I was able to read and enjoy and SEE this even with my PHONE! Extra kudos to the design team for taking a delightful tale and making it accessible!

this was cute. I like how the story builds on for the diffrent reading levels of your kid. Since Carmine is 3 we stuck with the first part.

Duck now wants to be a beaver. He makes himself a beaver tail. Beavis Beaver needs help. Ducky helps him build a dam. Mama told him beavers don't eat fish. Duck wants to be many different animals.
This is an interesting book because when you are done with the first book you get to read it again. Book one has a few words and book two, so many more. Book two also has more of a story.
You get to choose. Do you want to listen to both books? Do you want to read both books? Do you want to read one book and listen to the other? Wait!! Oh, many choices. Remember you can change your mind after you look at each page if you want to read it or not. Choices are a good thing. Not scary. Fun, fun, fun. You also get a funny story and a duck who is trying to look like a beaver. Hee! Hee! Heeee!

My children love these little books. They thoroughly enjoy each and every story, as if they are all unique and individual without any cause for similarity among them. Even though sometimes, they might seem tedious and repetitive to me as a parent, I do enjoy being able to read short-stories to my children that are clean and respective.

Beautiful read
I enjoyed this book very much. It had lines that could be easily acted out both by the parents and the kids, hence reinforcing the message of the story. Will surely recommend to any parent who needs to teach a child to be themselves.

Great lesson to be learned!
Like almost everyone, Ducky wants to be anyone but himself. As he tries to be a beaver, deer, or bunny, Ducky learns that being himself is the best he can be.

The pictures are very colourful, the writing has a good rhythm and the story is quite interesting and a good lesson for little ones. There is a little duck who would like to be something else and spends some time trying out... Does he succeed?

This book was adorable and cute. I loved the message of this book. When you are young you have so many things you wish to be and you can try and try and some you may accept, but there will always be people who love, care and accept you for exactly who you are. This is a fantastic children's book and I would recommend it to all you parents out there to have it as a must own for all your kids. This was really well put together and the illustrations were astounding as well.

This book is about Ducky Duck who doesn't want to be a duck. He doesn't know what he wants to be, he just knows not a duck. So he and some of his friends go on an adventure to find out what they want to be. The illustrations are great and the colors are bright and cheerful. The children will love this book and I know it will be one to read and read again. I highly recommend it to all.

Another lovely children's story by author Jenny Loveless. If Ducky Duck doesn't want to be a duck anymore, what does he want to be? Anything but himself. Loveless spins a charming tale about being who you are...yourself...the most unique and only 'you' you can be. A definite 5 star thumbs up for this well-told, classic story!

Wonderful story which demonstrates to children that even though they are different from others that they are unique and special for that reason. It allows them to be confident in themselves and to try new things. Beautiful message of being able to love ourselves and respect other for being who they are too.

Very cute story
I thought this story was very cute. I loved how Momma Duck encouraged Duckie to be who he wanted to be. There were a couple of small errors but they did not take away from the story.

That's a cute book. It has two levels of reading. My kids enjoyed the story and laughed when Ducky wanted to be only duck at the end and no one else :)

Be who you were meant to be
