I really liked this cookbook! It has a lot of recipes for all kinds of dishes and difficulties. It doesn't have pictures for all the dishes or the step by step images but considering that has about 400 recipes and that the book is huge already, I can understand why that decision was made. It has a lot of variety with main dishes, sides, desserts, soups, salads and even a microwave section! It also has another section for international options and those are very interesting as well. I don't know if I will be able to cook a lobster but if someday I need to I could try using this cookbook!
