I like fairy tales and twists on fairy tales which is what this book sounded like. The former Ugly Duckling is now the Beautiful Swan riding through his old stomping grounds in a limo & disliking the traffic jams polluting the atmosphere. He investigates a rally being run by the former Rapunzel that is trying to clean up the forest. He decides he can help as the media is always asking him to make appearances, but the only thing the media wants is to take pictures of his beauty & swoon over him. They end up trampling the booths at the rally & ignoring the real reason for being there. He feels quite guilty that he only made matters worse, but then he comes up with another idea. Will it work? Will the media finally listen to him and spread the word about pollution so they can get the help they need? Being beautiful isn't always all it's quacked up to be. It wasn't quite what I was hoping for, but there are other books in this series so I may try a couple more to see if I like them better.
