Ervin Seale shows that the Ten Commandments codify a single Great Law that Moses conferred on his people. A perfect introduction to the study of the Bible and its "hidden message."
This is an excellent New Thought book on the Ten Commandments. Ervin Seale, a student of "The Father of New Thought," Phineas Parkhurst Quimby, delves into the esoteric, but very readable and practical guide to living a good life by using the Ten Commandments. He describes how man can be acted up by outside influences ,such as others' opinions, beliefs and that often people become conditioned in their responses and reactions to what others' think. One must always be aware of negative suggestions that may leave a lasting impression upon a person's mind. Each commentary brings deeper insights and wisdom into the commandments; words like consciousness, awareness, causes, effects, ideas and ideals all play a connection to our growth as spiritual human beings. Seale also brings up what can keep us back-hatred, resentment, self-pity and hostility all serve to block one's creative, God-given forces. This book is more than just about The Ten Commandments. It's a helpful guide toward becoming a better and more successful person. It's an excellent compass for living a joyful life.
