I've had this cookbook since 1997. It's has some favorite meals in it. Most recipes take about half an hour to prepare. Sometimes this cookbook falls to the bottom or back of the cookbook stack. It's always nice to see that I still have it. The recipes fall into these categories: Vegetable Sauces, Poultry sauces, Meat sauces, Seafood sauces, Baked Pastas and Pasta Salads. There's something here for every pasta lover to cook. Some of my favorite dishes are: Fettucine with Chicken, Asparagus, and Peas; Oriental Chicken with Noodles; Creamy Rigatoni with Chicken and Spinach; Spicy Linguine with Beef and Broccoli and Spaghetti and Little Meatballs, to name a few.
