This is a blow by blow how-to guide for finding/making potable water. I thought it would be about how to find it in the wild, but this is more about how to make it potable once you find it and how to "live off the grid". I've lived on well water my whole life and some of the things this book says are a little nuts. But, now I know how to live through a zombie/alien/vampire apocolypse in the desert!

was an ok introduction to water harvesting, purification, collection and storage. Good enough to get a general idea of your options however too broad and general to know the specifics on how to do it
