Kissing the Hitman
I’m Finn. No last name. My job requires secrecy and information is handed out on a need to know basis. You don’t need to know it. Here’s the situation, though, there’s a blonde. I think she’s made me. I’ve seen her at the airport in Puerto Rico, Japan, and Helsinki. The last one is extra suspicious since it was November and cold as hell in Helsinki. Now she’s on the same flight as me to Paris. I know I need to take care of her but something inside of me is staying my hand. Instead of taking her out, I’m taking her in—to my hotel room, to my bed, to my heart. I’m in danger but if this is the way I go, then so be it.
I’m Georgia, a travel blogger. For some reason people enjoy my photos and films and summaries of my little jaunts all over the world. I didn’t plan on being influential and I’m still surprised that anyone is interested in comping a trip for me but I’m not about to say no to a Paris vacation. Argumento:
Soy Finn. Sin apellido. Mi trabajo requiere secreto y la información se entrega según sea necesario. No necesitas saberlo. Esta es la situación, sin embargo, hay una rubia. Creo que ella me obligó. La he visto en el aeropuerto de Puerto Rico, Japón y Helsinki. El último es muy sospechoso ya que era noviembre y hacía mucho frío en Helsinki. Ahora ella está en el mismo vuelo que yo a París. Sé que necesito cuidarla pero algo dentro de mí me detiene. En lugar de sacarla, la llevo a mi habitación de hotel, a mi cama, a mi corazón. Estoy en peligro, pero si este es el camino que voy, que así sea.
Soy Georgia, una bloguera de viajes. Por alguna razón, la gente disfruta de mis fotografías, películas y resúmenes de mis pequeños viajes por todo el mundo. No planeaba ser influyente y todavía me sorprende que alguien esté interesado en organizar un viaje para mí, pero no voy a decir que no a unas vacaciones en París. El hotel en el que me alojo es muy pijo, pero se equivocaron en las reservas. Sólo hay una habitación y dos viajeros. Sé que no debería aceptar compartir habitación con un hombre extraño, pero me siento atraído por Finn a pesar de su secretismo y su extraña paranoia. Actúa como si hubiera peligro en cada esquina y es muy protector. Eso me gusta de él, tal vez demasiado. Las vacaciones son temporales así que no puedo entregarle mi corazón a alguien como él.
Mi humilde opinión:
Un romance corto instantáneo con pasión y acción.
La historia de Finn y Georgia fue muy entretenida para una tarde. Ella una bloguera de viajes y él un asesino que se terminan enamorando en Paris. Al comienzo él cree que ella quiere matarlo pero al final se da cuenta que ella es quien dice ser. Me pareció divertida la confusión, Finn creía que Georgia tenía una perfecta tapadera pero era una chica común y corriente. Hay momentos ardientes y otros peligrosos.
Me hubiera gustado otro final pero me pareció lindo que Finn quisiera recuperar para Georgia los objetos queridos de su abuela que tuvo que vender para los viajes.

The premise of this story got me really excited! Finn is a hitman, all in control and deadly. He suspects a pretty girl from being on his tail. Actually, she's a travel influencer with no clue. Isn't that hilarious?
All the time he's suspicious of her every move and motive. He's really thorough in keeping her under his surveillance (and possessiveness). His thoughts about her cleverness keeping her cover are so funny. Meanwhile, sweet Georgia is falling under the spell of his allure. And we're in Paris! The perfect place for an assassin and a lady to fall in love, right? :-D
I enjoyed it all, really. The luxury in Paris, the contrast between open-hearted Georgia and tight-lipped Finn, the romantic holiday and the dangerous, James-Bond type of job. Even the epilogue is adventurous. Wonderful read to treat oneself this summer <3

No history on H, not very clear to me and I wish Ella Goode made it crystal clear.
HEA
This is the story of Finn and Georgia. Finn is a hitman and he notices the same woman in 4 different travel destinations and so his suspicions of him being her target or following him to recruit him is high. He takes the same flight with her to Paris to investigate. They have to room together because the hotel booked them in the same suite (courtesy of Finn's associate hacking into the computer to make them be on the same floor, but it registered that they are in the same room).
Georgia is a travel blogger/influencer. She is the black sheep in her family and considered a failure, but her only chearleader, her grandma, encouraged her to chase her happiness and travel. Her grandma passed away and she now travels and is paid to do so. She goes to Paris and meets Finn.
This is the perfect cocktail for forced proximity shenanigans and they of course fall in love. Finn investigates her to see if she will try to kill him and she is hoping that she will fall in love in the city of love.
After sleeping in the same bed, she humps him, next morning is embarrassed and locks herself in the bathroom. He puts his foot in his mouth lying to her by saying that she is not his type, in the attempt of trying to make her feel comfortable. He wasn't being insulting, he had no clue she was going to feel hurt. He is already gone for Georgia but when they spend the day together and she reminds him that she is not his type, he realizes that he hurt her feelings, which he didn't mean to. He tells her that he doesn't have a type, until her, and he said that lie to make her feel comfortable. He takes her hand to go do what they should have that morning, so they go to the hotel room and have sex. He can't control himself and breaches her virginity, covers her with kisses apologizing for hurting her. He says that he lost control and he never loses control. After they have sex they spend the rest of the time visiting the Louvre. He needs to complete a hit, and she is suspicious for how secretive he is about his job, so she thinks he is married. She goes to their room to snoop and finds a wedding ring, confronting him when he says it's a prop. They are attacked and he tells her he is not married, never been and never had a girlfriend.
After they are safe in a small apartment, she makes him tell her everything and this is when things get a little confusing. His inner monologue says that he has no experience. But no experience of what? Having his first girlfriend, or with sex in general. He says that his job does not permit him from having a girlfriend or a wife. So she is hurt, but he says that it didn't sound right when he said that and she doesn't get it. Get what??? Be clear!! She tells him that she loves him and all she is is a fling. THIS IS WHERE HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEAR TO HER!!! But he stops, asks her to repeat her words, and tells her not to take back the fact that she said she fell in love with him. Then he says that he never had a girlfriend or wife but now he wants that with her. That doesn't mean he didn't have flings, or ONS in the past. THAT is what is frustrating. We were so spoiled with having one DV romance after another with Ella Goode, that I was hoping this one to be a DV too. It could be a dual virgin romance, but things are so cryptic I wish he was clear to Georgia. They end up having sex again and it isn't mentioned again. She could have asked, if he just has quick flings, if he said never, then it would be so great! But it is left ambiguous.
I would like to imagine that he is a virgin like her, but the only thing that could sway me is this,
"but I plan to be in
Georgia’s life for a long time,
and even a dumbass, no-experience
guy like me knows I can’t start off with a lie. Well, I mean, more lies." Is the "no-experience" part, as in sex or as in relationships?? I NEED TO KNOW!!!!
Oooof....either way, the story was very sweet and I do love this couple. I am being a bit of a brat, but being spoiled with Ella Goode giving us so many dual virgin romances, I was hoping this would be a straight forward one.
I still enjoyed it and recommend it.

My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.
Finn is a hitman headed to Paris to kill his next mark when he notices a beautiful woman, he has seen her before, more than once. She has been in the same country of the last few hits he has done. He thinks she is a fellow hit woman sent to take him out, or someone trying to recruit him to work for a new boss. He asks his handler, Mercy to find out about her. He’s able to overhear a few detail in flight. She’s Georgia a travel blogger or at least that’s her cover. Finn accidentally bumps into her and starts a conversation, they share a taxi to the hotel, what a coincidence, he’s staying at the same hotel. Mercy tries to get them on the same floor at the hotel in Paris. Some sort of glitch puts them in the same room. They decide to share the room, Georgia thinks the suite will have two bedrooms, it does not. There is only 1 bed! Of course some night time cuddling happens as well as sleepy time fingering and getting off by both of them, Georgia is embarrassed in the morning and Finn tries to put her at ease by telling her she’s not his type. She’s a little hurt and heartbroken by that. She doesn’t fit in with her family and her grandmother was the only one who loved her. So, she’s used to not being loved, but this hurt. Later that day Finn confesses he only said that to make her less uncomfortable with him, he really does want her badly. They head back to the hotel for sexy times, she’s a virgin no mention of his past. Sexy times with ice cubes was hot 🥵.
When Finn leaves her for a bit to kill his mark she grows suspicious of him leaving and worries he’s really married, she finds a wedding ring in his luggage. She does a google search of his face and that tips off bad guys to where he is. Gunfight at the hotel and a daring motorcycle escape from bad guys. At safe house Georgia has a lot of questions which Finn answers. She’s fixated on him being married and he assures her he has never been married or had a girlfriend. More sexy times and he explains everything. More bad guys show up and Finn gets them all. Years later they are still traveling and Finn still an assassin, they are married and madly in love. Cute detail Finn years later tracks down the ring and necklace Georgia sold from her grandmother per the instructions of her will so she could start traveling. Her grandmother never got to travel her husband was too controlling so her grandmother wanted her to be able to experience life by visiting all the places they talked about years ago.

Another adorable read from EG! Finn is a hitman, traveling to exotic and some not so exotic locations and kill people, just like Deadpool. Headed to Paris he sees a familiar face, a woman who he has seen at several of his locations. Concerned she is following him, he decides to get up close and personal. She is funny and sweet, a travel vlogger and he is suddenly feeling very attached. Georgia would have to be without a pulse to ignore how hot Finn is. But he is so mysterious. Is he hiding something minor or is he living a double life? Had a blast reading their story, such an entertaining couple!

So he's going to take the initiative and take care of her first. But as he gets to know his mark, he finds that she might be exactly what she claims - that is, not a hitman at all. She might be after something more dangerous than his life: his heart.
Commentary: Cute story. It was so sad that Finn couldn't conceive of an honest person who was just what they seemed, but I guess that was the only life he knew. Georgia was sweet, and that really was the best word for the story - sweet.

Finn is a hit man and he's noticed Georgia in a few of the cities at the same time as him where he has done some hits recently. He believes she may be there to take him out or recruit him. Georgia is traveling the world to fulfill a promise to her grandmother and she's travel blogging while doing this. When she ends up sharing a room things heat up!! This is a great read and I highly recommend it.

Ella Goode did a great job on Georgia and Finn's story, Kissing the Hitman had a strong, well written plot. From the moment Finn and Georgia land eyes on each other, they were goners, the attraction was instant, the connection was strong between them, just like their chemistry, which was off the charts, it was sexy and sweet, the two were meant for each other, they were great together.
This is a great story, I enjoyed it. Thank you, Ella Goode, Wonderful work :)

Ella Goode did a great job on Georgia and Finn's story, Kissing the Hitman. Finn is an assassin that believes Georgia is following him. Finn believes Georgia may be there to take him out or to recruit him. Georgia is traveling the world to fulfill a promise to her grandmother and she's travel blogging. The connection between them is strong, just like their chemistry which was off the charts, it was sexy and sweet. These two are meant for each other.

But Jesus Christ, the nickname he gave her was so fucking cringe, I winced every time I read it and he calls her “Starlight” often.
As another reviewer said, the author never makes Finn actually properly explain anything. I have zero idea who he is. No real historical background. And then Georgia just jumps straight into a relationship with him without any real knowledge of him. Just so stupid.

This was such a cute instalove story. Finn is a hitman who thinks that Georgia is an assassin sent to kill him. He plans on taking her out first but he is intrigued by her. They end up spending time together and he learns that she’s just a blogger. Danger follows Finn and Georgia gets exposed to his lifestyle. She loves Finn so she can care less. She and Finn are just perfect together!!

A shot at love
This is such a cute story! The hit man sees a girl in several different countries and thinks she's after him. Nope, she's a blogger; lol. These two take Paris by storm. I laughed out loud a couple of times.
This is a safe read which does have explicit language and sex. It's a complete standalone. It's a quick read that made me smile. I definitely recommend it.

Who cares if he’s a hitman? Not me!
I really liked this story. It was entertaining and enjoyable. I kind of loved how even though Finn was a hitman, he didn’t automatically take out the “threat” but seemed intrigued by it instead. Georgia was sweet and easy going. I would have balked at the hotel and the idea of sharing a room with a stranger. I liked her reaction to finding out his truth. Their happily ever after made me smile. I recommend reading this book.

He Makes His Mark

4.3 stars. Finn and Glory are an interesting couple. Finn is a hitman who thinks Glory somehow is a hitwoman as well because he's seen her before. Glory is a woman off to see the world after losing her grandmother and getting away from her family. Both are lonely and it's an insta love story. This is a good quick read and I enjoyed it.

Georgia and Finn
Finn is a hitman, and he has been made by the pretty blonde he jeeps seen in different cities where he goes to get rid of his marks. So, he decides to get closer to her and kill her before he gets killed. But the thing about her, she has the power to get him distracted. Will he survive this or his force retirement it may well be upon him. Good read.

Gunfire, murder, churros and romance. I really enjoyed Finn and Georgia’s story. It was fun watching Finn try to figure out Georgia’s motivations and reasons for being in Paris. Thinking she was an assassin … LOL. And watching them fall in love along the way was adorable. I look forward to each new Ella Goode book.

This is the most hilarious fun read ever. I laughed so much my hubby thought I was having fits. I loved this story. Finn is a hitman that thinks that Georgia is following him to take him out. He doesn't realize that she is a travel blogger and just happens to be where he is, just coincidence. So of course he has to arrange a meeting. Just loved it.

Love the story and the plot. Finn definitely got the wrong idea and employment on Georgia but so glad they got things resolved. Georgia was more upset about his marital status then his employment, that part was hilarious. But not gonna lie, I was hoping for babies at the end….

Loved it!
The storyline is impressive, and the characters are authentic. The humor is so good that it made me laugh out loud. From start to finish, I believe that the piece is well-written and provides enough detail to envision the scenes as I read along. Kudos to the author for a job well done!

The concept was really fun, him studying her, thinking she's coming for his life while she was just going on her business.
I wish there was a bit more drama around her acceptance of his job, so I would have loved if it was a bit longer, but what's really important is , that I enjoyed the book and was a fun and easy read

I so enjoyed this book. Finn thinks Georgia is an assassin sent to take him out or maybe to recruit him. They're both in Paris, he's on a job and she's a travel vlogger.
He can't leave her as he needs to off her before she can get to him, so what does he do and can he pull it off?

Super cute read. Finn is an assassin that believes Georgia is following him. She just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and is really just trying to cross off her grandma's bucket list. These two were adorable and so cute, I enjoyed their banter a lot.

I loved Georgia and Finn. Georgia is on an adventure and she runs into Finn and they share a hotel room. I liked that he starts thinking she's an assassin but doesn't care. The epilogue was perfect.

Short, sweet and steamy. Finn is morally gray and Georgia is pure sweetness and light. Finn is completely stoic - until Georgia gets a hold of him. From strangers to forever love, it’s quite the journey - and so fun! Loved it.
