I finished this book yesterday. It was wonderful! I loved the two main characters, Abi and James, not to mention Alex and Carrie. I thought all the characters were well developed and motivated. The sex scenes were very well written, which is not all that easy to do.

If I had any complaint it's that it ended too soon. I wanted more. I understand you have written a sequel called Twisted Loyalties which focuses on Alex and Carrie's story. I will certainly be looking for this book. I hope you consider more sequels.

If you like the Fifty Shades or Crossfire series, you should also like this book. I highly recommend it.

I really liked the book a lot. A well written book with a great story line.

Abigail is 24 currently single and moving to London to work for Harrison Int. due to a new and unusual promotion she just received. Abigail strikes a deal at the last minute and makes a good amount of money for Harrison Int. that's why she ends up with a dream promotion and a sexy new boss.

James Harrison rich good looking single playboy has never been in love and he has it bad for Abigail. Alex is James best friend single, rich, and good looking. He also has it bad for Abigail and he loves to cause trouble between James and Abigail. Abigail only has eyes for James.

This was a wonderful love story with a great alpha- male and some dom aspects. I loved that in the story Abigail only slept with James. I loved the ending as well, you don't get to see very many good ending's anymore.

I also loved the part about her not reading her contract's so funny. The only thing I would have liked is a little more detail in the bedroom department. I am looking forward to reading more by L.J. Dee!

I was lucky enough to receive this book in exchange for an honest review. So here it is!!

Another great book from L.J.Dee, it was again very steamy and well written although I have to admit I preferred King, I think I have a new BBF in Jason although both Alex and James were very alpha.
I liked the office dramas but felt maybe Tom's (the scoundrel of an ex boyfriend) storyline should have been more explored, I would have loved to have seem James sort him out (I love a good fight in a story!!)

I was glad it wasn't a love triangle although both Alex and James were great, I'm not sure I could have chose between the two!!

I am looking forward to reading more about Alex and hope King gets a sequel ( hint, hint)

within the first few pages you want to know more about Abigail. this book blows wide open the door to a new genre combination think Helen fielding and Sophie kinsella being brave enough to write a touch of erotica. I have changed my mind about the novels that have been put in the erotica section, this is absorbing and you will not be able to put it down. a great mix of characters, completely real and if you don't read it you are truly missing out on the next big thing. just hope there will be more from this author. My bags are packed, have passport and I am just missing the next L.J. Dee

enjoyed this book and was engaged from the beginning. easy to read. i kept wondering what would happen next and i like how things unfolded. there was predictability as well as unpredictability. i would have liked to see the ending developed a tad bit more but we did get an HEA and no cliffhanger. i would like to see a series out of this continuing abigail and james' story as well as giving us more of alex, who adds such a devious spark to the storyline.

I took his face in my hands. “I wanted you to punish me, to make it all okay James, I crave it, crave you. I should have asked you outright this morning, I almost did. It’s my fault, not yours; I don’t understand why you feel you need forgiveness”.

I absolutely loved this book !!!! I was sucked in from the very begining of the book. Abigail draws you in and you can't wait to want more from her and James this is a must read !

mmm I was so close to 5 star but just not far enough for me.
I was given this from the author in exchanged for an honest review, and I can honestly say I LOVED IT!!!
It had all the greats - Characters, plots, HOT sex scenes and questions!!!
Abigail Ross is on the move to London to work for Harrison Int, and in particular THE MR JAMES HARRISON himself after a very risky choice with a company deal payed off big time.
On meeting James, Abigail sees not only the HOT CEO but something else and to 2 very quickly get into a relationship all without help of James' best friend and Colleague Alex Duncan, who without any interest in hiding his attraction of Abi and the option to piss off James, the 3 main characters make for a very interesting story. And just when you think you have it sorted it all changes.
So with Abi's new job and close relationship with James and Alex comes the option to enter a club that has her making a choice but one she knows it what she wants - James Harrison.
From London to Las Vegas (where the biggest amount of time the book is set) has Abi networking and helping with a new deal Harrison Intl is heading and looking for investors and steaming up the pages with the very wealthy James brings in another character Carrie, who works for a company interested in forming with Harrison Intl, Abi and Carrie become quite good friends, which in turns brings a larger role for the illustrious Alex (man whore himself).
Trying to deal with the stares and sniggers that comes from working and sleeping with a Billionaire CEO, Abi quickly finds herself out of her depth by women who throw themselves at James, and although he seems to only have eyes for Abi, 2 particular women have her on edge and questioning everything about James and their relationship. She falls for James and falls really hard but after an disastrous misunderstanding after a function one night, Abi is left with nothing and after being cheated on by her Ex boyfriend she has now lost the only other man she loved.
So on returning to London and moving out of her Harrison owned apartment she is summonsed to Harrison Intl to sign off her resignation and severance package with the hope of not seeing James there, but it is not James she runs into but the handsome Alex, who uses his dominance to get Abi to speak to James one last time...
Question being is it enough after what he said and did? haha I am not telling!
My only let down for this book was it all ended way to soon... I want more James and Abi, although I am now looking forward to Alex and Carries story.

I received this book in exchange for my honest review.

The book is about Abigail, who finds herself promoted because of a last minute business decision. With this promotion comes the opportunity to be moved closer to headquarters and a business trip to Las Vegas with her boss and his best friend. Her boss, James, is wealthy and sexy. Alex, his best friend and business associate is also sexy and rather charismatic.

I enjoyed what the two men brought to the book. James, the more serious of the two was just a little to hot then cold for my taste. Alex, was fun, flirty and loved to get a rise out of people but he also has this edge to him that I would have liked explored a little more. Overall, I enjoyed the book but the relationship between Abi and James was too back and forth for my liking. One minute they were good and then in the next he seemed mad or she second guessed herself. There very quick intimate relationship earned itself a few eye-rolls and out loud "seriously"s.

I personally sometimes have a hard time with reading only one POV, especially when they are so unlike myself. Abi grated my nerves at times. The book requires you suspend belief, the "love" came too fast and what business savvy women neglects to read contracts. There was also a number of areas that could have had some further exploration. For example, we briefly meet Abi's friend and sister but then they are gone. We don't know what becomes of Carrie and I am hoping that Alex has a book. We don't know a whole lot about the terrible ex and we don't know a whole lot about James. Much of what we learn is through actions or someone else giving his history. That being said, when the book got intimate it was hot. It had a little bit of kink and a whole lot of heat.

Thank you to the author for letting me read this book and I would pick up another by her.

Abigail Ross (Abi, 25) worked at the regional branch & her boss was Margot at the Harrison International, based in London. James Harrison was the owner/CEO. Alexander Duncan (Alex), works in the London office. Abigail had come to the office & was told they were closing it down & wanted her to go to work in London.

Alex liked her but Abi had the hot’s for the single boss. James owns a sex club & Alex wants to take Abi to it, members must be approved by James. Evidently it was in her employee contract & she failed to read that part. James had also removed Clause 15: the 1 preventing inter-office relationships. She met James at the club & right off the bat they fucked & again & again.
Will the Harrison Heights (YYC) project move forward? Will the Green family be a mutual investor?

Will Abigail be able to keep her boss James satisfied? Will James be able to keep Abigail satisfied? Will Alexander ever get in Abigail’s pants?

Very sexy book cover. Office heterosexual relationships, had a few of them, they never worked out. Hot sex, some love/romance. Great characters, easy to read/follow plot, keeps you on your toes. No grammar errors or out of story line sequence. Lots of quirky twists/turns. Not much office story content only hot steamy sex. It got kind of boring after a while, even though I enjoyed reading it. If this book didn’t get you aroused nothing will. I rethought it & decided to give the book 5 stars.

Thank you for the free book

Another great love story from LJ Dee with a little spice thrown in. Some things really worked for me in this book and some things I didn't quite buy into.

I did like the tension between James and Alex and the relationship they share.
I loved Abigail's spirit and determination. Do I buy her as a sub - maybe just in the bedroom.
I'm so glad I read this book and not just because there were mentions of green eyes, green dresses, and a family named Green which helped satisfy a category in a reading challenge I'm doing but because it was a well written with good characters who had lots of hot sex!

This was an engaging read which I'd rate 3.5 stars. Abigail Ross is a young woman who takes a risk on a deal at work when she can't reach any of her bosses. The deal pays off big and she gets invited to the corporate headquarters where she's given a promotion and catches the eye of gorgeous billionaire CEO, James Harrison. And he's a Dom. There is a lot going on in the book - competition between James and his BFF Alex Duncan, Abi trying to get out from under a mountain of debt left by her ex, snarky comments from James' exes, a trip to Las Vegas for a convention, misunderstandings, miscommunication, etc., etc., etc. The story was sexy and the characters were interesting if a bit cliché. The one thing I did like about James is that he wasn't the "I don't do relationships" guy that so many of the alpha-men in books are like these days. And this is a stand alone book with no cliff hanger - yay!!!

I was provided a copy of this book to give a review and my honest opinion.

I really liked this book. It was easy to immediately feel connected to the characters.

I liked Abi and James as a couple, but is it wrong that I wanted Abi to end up with Alex instead? I loved their chemistry together and thought their relationship was so much more flirty and fun. That’s probably because it was forbidden, which is very cleverly written by the author.

The love story was intense and was pretty hot! I liked the ending A LOT!!!! Holy Hotness!!!!

At the ending there’s a disclaimer that says there will be a second book, but there is no cliffhanger. I’m hoping the second book is Alex’s story! He was totally hot and I’d like to know more about him, plus he’s into kinky things so you know that story will be hot, hot, hot.

I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review and found it enjoyable (I'd actually give it 3 1/2 stars if that was possible). The storyline is a well known tale of an employee engaging in a steamy relationship with her attractive, young and exceedingly wealthy boss, although there are unique twists and turns that keep the reader engaged. While there is an element of kink, it is playful and not a lifestyle story in my opinion. Parts of the storyline seem a bit rushed and require the reader to suspend reality (i.e. the timeframe of this romance), but this is fiction after all. Please know that there is somewhat of a cliffhanger ending, but it is much less abrupt than others I've read and it sparks a natural curiosity about what comes next for these characters.

This is another great book by LJ Dee.

Abigail and james make a great couple. The added complication of Alex just adds to the spice of the story. It created the right amount of conflict and was very realistic conflict.

I loved the tension and excitement between James and Abigail.

We also have one of those men that can afford to do anything they want and they do it. It adds an element of fantasy to the book. Who wouldn't love to meet a man like that?

Just finished this book. I really enjoyed it, however, I remained peeved at the male lead. I felt like the heroine let him off the hook too easily after he made a real ass out himself. But it was still an enjoyable read. Not as much fun as the Hunter Brothers books, Lucas and Roman, but still a good read. I looked for the sequel mentioned at the end of the book, Twisted Loyalties and was unable to find it. Frustrating.

Wow! Hot! Wet Rush! I enjoy a lot!

Only reason I gave 4 stars was because I wonted read more. Hot sex scenes eat to much pages and Abigail and James's consciousness is not enough to me, specially I wanted know James POV. This story has an ability to be 2 or 3 book series to reader will enjoy consequences.

A great and quick read! The story line was developed well and it flowed very nicely. The sex scenes were hot and well written! My only wish is that it hadn't resolved quite so quickly at the close...maybe I just didn't want the story to end;-) I definitely wouldn't hesitate to read more by L.J. Dee!

Submissive and in control

Great introduction to B&D from a woman's point of view. Although Abigail discovers she is submissive, she finds her way to both love and career.
