Stan and Jan Berenstain (often called The Berenstains) were American writers and illustrators best known for creating the children's book series the Berenstain Bears. Their son Mike Berenstain joined them as a creative team in the late 1980s.

Brother Bear is appointed talent scout in preparation for the school talent show. He signs up the acts and in the end there's a wonderful show.

Text rhymes so the story could be a read aloud selection. I was hoping for a bit more drama, but the story will still appeal to beginning readers. Recommended for K-2.
