i like the environmental tongue of this book. i felt like there were some story elements lacking, and for my kids i did a bit of editing as well. but that is going to be variant on the parents ideals. the story has some....trite sections.

This book is for children and would be a good introduction to how our actions can effect nature. I recommend it - though I'm not sure what reading level it would be considered.

Love this book! So much so that I have incorporated it into my lesson plan for teaching youth about how they can protect our local waterways.
