An uplifting story about two best friends, Isaac and James, and their discovery of the cause and effect relationship between our cities' storm drains and the world's oceans, lakes and rivers. It is sure to inspire both young and adult readers alike and teach a timeless life lesson--If we all do our part, a cleaner, safer environment is indeed within our reach.
i like the environmental tongue of this book. i felt like there were some story elements lacking, and for my kids i did a bit of editing as well. but that is going to be variant on the parents ideals. the story has some....trite sections.
This book is for children and would be a good introduction to how our actions can effect nature. I recommend it - though I'm not sure what reading level it would be considered.
