Woah! These books get progressively darker the further you venture into this series and this starts with a bloody bang. After the events of the previous book and the shitstorm that went down, Celia now finds herself along with Santo prisoners of their enemies. The beginning of this book is dark so do check your triggers beforehand.
Losing hope and enduring torture at the hands of someone Celia could never have imagined sets the tone here she's also reeling from the potential loss of Ronan and Mateo. It also now cements what she needs to do if by some miracle they make it out of this basement alive.
This book focuses on taking back what belongs to her and stamping out her enemies once and for all. Celia is ruthless and her men are all at her back supporting her 100 per cent.
This was the spiciest yet and this particular harem finally gels with even Ronan now totally on board. The action and violence were on point and this was a great conclusion to the series as a whole. Be aware this is a dark story with lots of triggers so it's not going to be for everyone. These aren't the heroes getting their HEA but rather the villains of the piece getting a slice of happiness and I enjoyed myself immensely. So If you appreciate dark twisted stories then this has you covered for sure.

This was really dark, my heart really shattered for Santos. He has been through hell and back, but despite the chaos, he has been my favourite here. The FMC was determined to protect those dearest to her regardless of the cost and it is not every day that you come across someone that would willingly self- sacrifice for the sake of others.
This has been quite the journey and although there is a HEA, the characters have been put through the grind time and time again. The series is engaging, plenty of twists and turns that do keep you glued to the story. However, I have to say that this has been definitely challenging to read at times due to the graphic nature of the story itself.

Empire of Carnage follows Celia and her men, in this twisted and dark conclusion of the Reina Del Cartel series. All the mysteries, secrets, lies, etc. all come to head and you never want to put the book down.
Celia, our FMC, is tenacious, bratty, resilient, quick witted, smart, calculating, strong and yet soft, she grows and steps into her destiny and I couldn't be more proud of her. I've loved her character and her development from the start. She is one of the greatest FMCs out there. And I will throw hands to anyone who says otherwise.
The Men... I'm going to group all of them together because if you have read my reviews for the first two books you will know what I have already said about them.... Anyways... I am so glad Ronan finally accepted everything. It was such a relief. Santo again REALLY freaking goes through it even more in this book and my heart hurts for him. I love him so much and he deserves peace. Mateo is the king as ever. The voice of reason even though he is unhinged. But he is always there for his "brothers" and their woman. He helps in any way he can. He supports those he loves. All the boys are fierce loving for our Reina and so protective.... and hot!!! Let's not forget hot! Spicy! Drool worthy! And they try to tame the brat out of Celia.. Even though they know it never works because our girl is headstrong.

Viva la reina!
After reading the first two books in the Empire of Carnage trilogy, I was STOKED to be chosen as an ARC reader for the last installment. And let me tell you, Dear Reader- Santana has knocked it put of the park with this book! Every storyline filled in beautifully and sooooo satisfactorily! AND THAT EPILOGUE😯🙌

Empire of Carnage by Santana Knox – Disappointing finale
As a new fan of Santana Knox’s Reina del Cártel trilogy, I was excited to dive into Empire of Carnage, the much-anticipated conclusion to the intense journey of Celia Flores and her ascent to power within the Flores Cártel. The first two books, Queen of Nothing and Reign of Ruin, were thrilling, brutal, and full of the kind of suspense that had me hooked from beginning to end. Unfortunately, while Empire of Carnage does offer some powerful moments, it didn’t deliver the climactic tension and depth I’d come to expect, and it fell somewhat short as the conclusion of Celia’s story.

The blurb paints a bleak and intense picture with the line, "The only way out is death", promising high stakes as Celia faces her past and navigates deadly enemies. But despite this setup, the suspense feels surprisingly subdued. There are action sequences, and Celia does face several confrontations, but the tension doesn’t build as strongly as it did in the earlier books. One reason for this is the repetitive arguments and conflicts that begin to dominate the narrative. Rather than introducing fresh obstacles, the story often circles around the same issues, with Celia wrestling with doubts and fears that, after a while, lose their emotional impact. REVIEW OF THE STORY:
Aside from needing to be proofread (see details below), this trilogy was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! This was the most realistic RH I have ever read. Usually, the three men are just fine with sharing one woman, but Knox made this more believable by showing us the men’s insecurities, doubts, jealousies, etc.. She also delivers what she promises in regard to darkness. Knox was never afraid to step outside the box, giving us graphically dark, disturbing scenes that made my dark heart happy. The characters were unique and well-developed, the sex was off-the-charts hot, and the story was always unpredictable with fabulous twists and turns I never saw coming. I am truly impressed with this author and can’t wait to read whatever she writes next!!!!!

REVIEW OF EXECUTION:
Technically, there are only eight basic comma rules in the English language, and none of those rules include inserting commas to indicate pauses. When you break down those 8 basic rules, there are actually tons of them, but I always hope “professionally edited” books at least follow the basic 8. Before reading this trilogy, I’d never come across an edited book where NONE of the basic 8 comma rules appeared to have been followed. Even the most simple comma rule like inserting one before stating a pronoun (for example, a character’s name) weren’t followed. And commas are just one example of the many reasons why this book needs to be professionally proofread!!! For an OCD editor/proofreader like myself, errors this these are VERY distracting, constantly pulling me from the story and detracting from my enjoyment of it.

Okay so I get her not wanting to seem like a victim but despite her saying she did it of her own volition… um not really 💀. I mean you gave yourself that illusion so you feel stronger but the matter was that you didn't do it, Santos was gonna die and you couldn't let him die therefore you don't really have a choice to do that to save him. If you did have a choice, you could've saved him without doing it. You ran out of options, had none, so no options equal no choice.
Equals you were forced. Which equals… . victim. No matter how you try to see it differently.
The problem with authors writing the superior, powerful characters as women is they make them so goddamn annoying and frustrating and naive. Santos jus told her if she take off her vest, he mind as well take off his. Time and time she disregards her fucking life not giving 2 fuxks how her dudes feel about it. She so selfish dawg. Because if this was real, she dnt have the strength to fight off two niggas and she dnt have the strength to fight em off if they had guns either. She can die bro. But she wants to be sooo powerful like fuck out of here dawg. She pissing me off. Just fucking listen man.
I'm finally finished with the book and I have to break the 5 out of 5 star rating solely for this book. I have to because I'm not a big fan of the Queen kind of books where they do anything they want, everywhere fears them, their word goes, no one tells them shit and like their deadly on their own and so on.
See my thing is this… Celia was queen of absolutely nothing like the first book suggest. The only reason she came into power was through a man's or through men's help. She may be tough ass nails, which good for her but at the end of the day, she still proved what everyone already knew. She couldn't do it on her own as a woman no matter how she delusionally tried to make it seem so. Without Ronan, Santos and Mateo and Cezar, that girl would've been dead a long time ago no matter what she was Queen of.
My problem is how they supposed to be threatening when they're not actually worth being afraid of.
Enemies are scared of her followers. Not her.
That's my problem with Female leading books. It just doesn't hit like a powerful, scary sexy man, or Don or king or leader or anything of that nature. You can see why they are most feared. They are actually brutal and threatening and terrifying down to their roots and bones… .
I just don't get that in these kind of books and I mostly didn't like Celia when she was trying to call the shots because she really wouldn't call anything without those men standing beside her🤷🏾♀️

The first two books were spot on 5/5 but I realized when Celia "came" into "power", That female dominating or superior books weren't my favorite or cup of tea. I don't know why but it's just more interesting, more enthralling when it's a brutal man becoming of power because you can truly see how sadistic and threatening and dangerous he is down to his roots depending on how the author writes him. HOWEVER no matter how an author writes a female that's supposed to have those qualities of the cliche male superior, the one most feared, it doesn't give me the same reaction so that's the only reason i dropped my rating. I couldn't feel any dominance or superiority or brutality or anything but trauma and being bowed down to Celia's character.
The trauma, sure but I can't see or grasp how she makes men fall to her feet out of this power she has.
Now I can totally grasp that concept when it's a male dominating character.
Besides this, I loved the book.

Favourite Character: The female main character is incredible. Celia Flores will live in my mind as one of the most bad ass characters I have ever had the pleasure of living through.

Where do I even begin. Santana Knox has written easily one of the best cartel romances I have ever read. Do you want spice? You got it. Do you want plot twists? You got it?. Do you want action? You got it!
FMC is an absolute badass that across the three books has had such incredible growth and character development. Santana has written each of her characters so well and in such exquisite detail that you easily fall into their minds and their world.
The love interests are absolute swoon worthy with all of their flaws and very questionable tactics and professions. Its not difficult to fall in love with them at all and they will definitely be added to your list of “Book Boyfriends”.
Santana has so effortlessly entwined culture and language into her series helping you to really feel apart of the story. I said it before but she really makes it so easy for you to just fall into the world. The series starts with a bang and it just keeps going. The plot itself is so well written that its easy to follow, its easy to read and honestly just an all-round pleasure to be apart of.
The ending of this trilogy is exactly how a story should end, even down the the last line! And bonus you get a epilogue which Is just a added bonus. I would choose that over a playlist any day.
Do you want spice? Oh boy…. Its mouth watering… literally… You get so many scenes that you wouldn’t usually read. Most books have the stock standard spicy scenes but Santana really takes it to the next level and you will not be disappointed.
As always PLEASE read the trigger warnings and take them seriously. They are there for a good reason. Saying that, if this is your jam (It is definitely mind) then snuggle up and enjoy the story because you wont be disappointed.
Santana Knox is one of my favourite authors and easily going to be a “will always read” for me.

I really enjoyed this series. This is a why choose romance with dark theme and heavy triggers.

Celia has been running pretty much her whole life. She has heavy secrets she has never been able to tell anyone. Not even the man she loves for fear she will put him in danger. When he past catches up to her, she runs away from everything she has ever known.
We follow her story from being 8 years old fleeing from Mexico until her return to Mexico to claim her title of Reina Del Cartel (Queen of the Cartel). And we get all the juicy tidbits in between. She runs back to the man that hates her and she ends up in the den of all of her enemies. This book contains a few twists you would have never seen coming. The spice is Spicen, like hot hot.
Ronan "Berzerk" Zerkos - Celias childhood-young adulthood lover. She betrayed him while trying to protect him and now he wants his revenge. Doesn't share well with others.
Santos "Santito" Alverez - Ronanas bestie, Celias partner in crime - His association with a Mexican gang almost gets them kidnapped and tortured. This motherfucker is full of red flags.
Mateo Kane - My favorite of the Harem! I don't know what it is about the Italians, but this man can have me all day and every night to do as he wishes! He is referred to as the Goldendoodle. You'll have to read to find out why.

This booked felt like a hot mess. Not sure if the author didn't know who to end it or wanted to show character growth through weird traumas. Read at your own risk. The whole story felt like it should have been the whole book series, but it just turned into this poorly written dumpster fire.
The kidnapping was dumb, and seemed like just a way to make the story feel more traumatizing for the main characters. But it didnt add much to the overall story. Basically, we find a new twist that sister isn't dead. Now sister is trying to take over the cartel because Celia was the favorite child growing up? I don't know someone explain this plot point to me.
Then, going after the big bad, i.e the uncle, was really a letdown. If it was that easy to get close to him and kill him, why didn't it happen sooner? it was not even the worst part, he never wanted to kill Celia in the first place. Surprise, it was really her sister (who we believe died in the shooting in the 1st book), pulling the strings to try and kill Celia. Plus sister is now working with the bratva for some reason that isn't really explained.
The overall book was messy and not well thought out. The ending of the sister getting the drop on the main characters was just lame. I felt nothing when reading this ending. I just wanted it over at this point.

Book 3
This book was a satisfying ending with multiple plot twists. Was this book over the top? Yes! But it felt fitting for all the violence from previous books. I don't think it could have been avoided. The trauma bonding between Celia and Santos was hard to read (torture and sexual assault). The author definitely didn't gloss over the PTSD. This was a more intense read I'm not sure if it was because I knew it was the end or because the stakes were higher. I'm glad I was able to read the series straight through because each book ended on a cliffhanger and the bonus epilogue leads me think we aren't done hearing from Celia Flores and her men. I'm happy though that she sought therapy. I also think the push and pull of them figuring out their poly relationship was interesting to read. It wasn't easy and the insecurities of how to make it work made me want to root for them. Mateo definitely had my heart, Santos was a wounded pup that almost fell out favor, and then there was Ronan seemed like just a pretty face but once he got of his way he was good. Loved, loved the friendship between these friends and the relationship didn't come in between it.

Wow, wow, wow!
If I had to pick a way for this series to end Santana was inside my head. I binged this book all night and I could not put it down!
The twists and turns of cartel reality hit you right in the gut all the way through, and the spice.....THE SPICE??!!!! Absolutely YES YES YESSSSS (said in the most seductive tone).
We all know I am a sucker for a real BA FMC and you sure get that with this series, readers really get to see all the different stages of her trauma and how hard it can be to accept love when you grow up in a toxic environment and I just love the fact that the FMC is finally able to accept help not only from her men but also from a friend (who also happened to save everyone) AND a therapist which we all know is something so hard to come to terms with.
Santana has very very quickly become one of my favorite authors and I cannot wait to see what else she has in store for her next book.

This series left me absolutely gobsmacked, so I hope these words can convey how much I truly loved this rollercoaster journey. A far stretch from your traditional happily ever after.
Empire of Carnage is the epic ending to an unforgiving, emotionally raw series that gave me a book hangover. Each page had me reading faster and faster to find out what comes next until I was gut punched when that screen comes up and tells you that you finished it. To say I loved this series is a vast understatement!
"The scar didn't take away from her beauty. It enhanced it. It told the story of her strength and her refusal to die in a world that wanted nothing more than to bleed her out."
Santana Knox does not shy away from sensitive topics by any means, so if you're willing to read the uncomfortable and push beyond barriers, this author is for you!
I highly, highly recommend this series as well as Heartless Heathens.

Omg, I can’t even begging to tell you how much I enjoyed this series. This was the first time I’ve read a why choose series and at first I was like wtf is this? Haha but as the story kept moving forward I couldn’t help but to fall in love with the characters.
As a Mexican who grew up in the states I felt understood and connected to Celia, i loved how Santana wrote about the cultural shock and struggles when you leave your home. Also really enjoyed the spanish sentences here and there, Ido just made me feel more connected to the book haha
The men? I can’t even choose who my favorite was because as celia stated multiple times they offered her different things and they were hard not to love, but one thing they all had in common was; they were all crazy for her and I loved that. Bros protected her with their lives.
Celia… omg celia was such a badass MFC with all its letters even after all the sh*t she went through, she always managed to rise from the ashes. I loved her.
This book legit had EVERYTHING you need, you want spice? You got it, you want romance? You got it, you want a story? You got it and plot twists? They’re there. The ending wasn’t my favorite tbh but nonetheless I loved the series and will definitely be reading more of Santana.

I find myself, again, not being able to write a review that will do a book justice. I really hope what I say and the quotes I shared will convince you to add this series to your TBR.
Célia is such a strong and capable character but in this book we got to see how utterly vulnerable she was. She went through this journey with de@th by her side, she was reckless, and so human, that I am glad this is fiction because this woman was put through it. In the end she took the empire she was owed, leaving the bl00diest trail behind her and her men.
Obviously, the men are a big part of this series. Ronan as the alphahole, took his sweet time understanding what Célia meant when she said it was all of nothing. Mateo as the cinnamon roll with golden retriever energy, was her rock throughout the series. But Santo? Knox put her darkest thoughts into the makeup of this man. I felt for him, rooted for him, hated him, but ultimately, I wanted to protect him from everything. He has my heart.

I am so glad I stumbled across Santana Knox and am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to have an ARC for Empire of Carnage. I have become obsessed with her writing!
I am stunned! This whole series was AMAZING!! It was the perfect ending to the series! I loved everything about it even when my heart was breaking in some parts. And trust me, Santana really made it hurt!
I haven’t read a Cartel book like this! And I love the mixture of some MC in there as well.
Santana did an amazing job in writing about such strong BA FMC who has gone through so much and has finally found, not one, but three men that love her and will follow her through hell and back. I loved seeing Celia become a true Reina even after all the BS she had to go through to survive.
I liked reading a why choose where one guy has a hard time accepting that the FMC loves all three and needs all three to make her whole. Specially because you see how much their characters grow and come to to terms with the relationship.
And let’s not forget the 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ cause it’s hot!!😮💨

This is how you end a series!
Celia Flores has already proven time and again that she’s a badass, but the final book in the Reina Del Cártel series allowed us to see more layers of the emotional depth of her character. Seeing how she dealt with feelings of inadequacy rather than just saying above it all really brought her character to life and felt true to what it must be like to be a woman in power.
I think this finale ended the series masterfully, and while I was heartbroken that it was over, I was thrilled with the way it concluded. Fans of the series will not be disappointed! With a title like “Empire of Carnage” there is an expectation of brutality, and Santana absolutely delivers. Parts of the story are difficult to read, but it never felt like the brutality was used to add shock value. Every horrific thing that happened served a purpose, even if it hurt to read.
Between this series and Heartless Heathens, Santana Knox has made a name for herself as an incredibly talented author who can make you feel all of the feelings as well as she can make you sweat from a spicy scene. I can’t wait to see where her work goes from here!

Santana does an amazing job with this one. It is the final book of the series and everything is wrapped up beautifully. We get exactly what we want and need.
You are going to need to read the first to be able to follow along with the story. It starts right where the last one ends. Celia is one of the FMC that you know can handle things herself but she has the support of her three men. The support they give her makes it hard to pick one. They all have their role in her life and help her get to who she needs to be.
The spice!! Santana never disappoints. It is never so overbearing that it takes over the plot it done in away that just enhances the plot. And who doesn’t want options.

The roller coaster of emotions this book had me on is unreal! I was crying one minute, laughing the next and fighting the coochie flutters! 3.5 ⭐️ This was a much darker read compared to the last 2 books, there were parts I wasn’t too fond of. One thing that did bother me some was a part in the book where Celia had a meeting in Spanish and instead of the author just writing the dialogue in Spanish, she adds “switching to Spanish” as part of Celia’s internal narrative then continues to write in English. Perhaps it bothered me more as a bilingual person but I have also read a book where MMC was Italian and the author had him with some dialogue in his native language. I just Google translated that! It just made it more confusing of when the “Spanish” speaking started and ended. Or she could just not added that she spoke in Spanish with these people.
Aside from that, this book definitely had 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ rated scenes! I mean, she has 3 love interests 😏 you get the picture.
I’d definitely recommend this series to the dark romance lovers that also don’t mind some violence. Do be very careful with the trigger warnings in this book as 2 of the chapters were a tough read. Especially if you are a survivor of SA.

What a perfect and EPIC ending to an epic series. I absolutely loved this trilogy with its masterful plot and its strong, completely badass characters, I have been captivated from the start. From the ups and the downs, the twists and the turns the ending of this series was a fitting one. Everyone got what they deserved and I got given a boatload of new trauma I get to delve into with my therapist.
With so much happening in this story, it was difficult to properly predict how this book was going to end. I was so invested in this book I was on the edge of my seat for the entirety of my time reading it, I could feel my blood pressure going up. Knox did a fantastic job writing this book. If their dirty talk wasn’t enough, Ronan’s, and Santo’s character growth was a joy to read - Mateo is excluded from this as he was perfect from page 1. With so much going on from kidnappings, near death experiences and ultimatums these guys had their own epiphanies’ about their feelings’ and priorities in life. Emotions weren’t the only thing they were willing to share. Not only did the guys have their own character arcs, but so did Célia. If you thought the girl couldn’t get any more perfect she asked for and accepted help from those around her and she went to therapy. Knox really knows how to make me wish these characters were real and willing to add one more to their harem.
I really loved this book and with an epilogue like that I am so excited to see what Knox throws at us next!
With so much happening in this story, it was difficult to properly predict how this book was going to end. I was so invested in this book I was on the edge of my seat for the entirety of my time reading it, I could feel my blood pressure going up. Knox did a fantastic job writing this book. ….can a review just be nonsensical emojis?! Cause that’s how I feel after reading this entire series! I binged the entire series in a week! I was given the opportunity of reading book 3 as an ARC and I can’t even. There’s not enough stars!
I absolutely loved the entire series and I thought the way this book concluded it all was perfect. It was the best ending for her and her men. I love Mateo and Santo so much. Santo being my favourite. Ronan I didn’t really care for in the first two books but he was well redeemed in the third book.
I’ve never experienced a book hangover before, I’m always able to bounce from one book to a new one very easily. But I am going to need a few days to recoup after binging this series. The spice is amazing, yummy darkness all the way around and it’s very riveting and engaging. By far one of my favourite series. Santana Knox has quickly become one of my favourite authors!

Empire of Carnage is the final book in the Reina Del Cártel trilogy
I will love Célia Flóres for the rest of my life. The character development and arc of this woman through this series is second to none. Célia is easily one of the strongest, smartest, most unhinged and hot AF FMC’s written in the past year.
Mateo, Ronan and Santo. I loved them, I hated them, I wanted them. There’s not much these guys won’t do for their Queen, every thought, every moment, every sacrifice is for her. For all of them. And it’s mutual, she would burn the world for them just as much.
This series had me in a chokehold through every book, all the way to the end - and I loved it. I have recommended this series more times that I can even comprehend since I started it.
You need to start at the very beginning to understand and appreciate this story and the characters, but it is so incredibly worth it.
Santana Knox is genius and I cannot wait for more from her.

Wow. This was so good. Carolina is alive and the one whose been messing making Celia suffer all these years! Hot damn did I not expect this. This whole series was done so well. I was really hooked and couldn’t stop, 3 books in 3 days. Thank goodness for vacation because I couldn’t stop reading.
Why do kidnappers think getting a BJ from their captive is a good idea?? I knew why she did it so glad that she nearly bit his d*** off and poor poor Santos having to get her torture and watch it all happen.
Loved their group scene even though Ronan couldn’t “actively” participate and that bathroom scene at El Palacio… phew, love how much they are all devoted to her. They left the Crows and pledged their life to her and that was just so damn amazing!
But of course I had read Heartless Heathens first and totally missed that major connection with Emory!! So the epilogue caught me by surprise and I’m glad that Santos is a house husband.

As a Latina living in America this trilogy hit me really hard & made me feel seen when it comes to not thinking I’m Latina enough.
Celia was a flawed & tough FMC. I loved her strength & the fragility she carried. Her men: Roman, Mateo & Santos helped complete certain parts of her. All of them together, they were a force. I loved how her relationship developed individually & as a group with them.
“But at the end of the day, my connection to my country was in my blood, it was in my eyes, and it was in my skin. And even if I’d lost all those things, it would still be mine because Latinidad was in your soul. It was something they couldn’t take from you, though they were desperate to try. But the beautiful thing about it, was that it was a lot like a fire, all you needed were a few small embers to stoke it back to life” — Instantly cried reading this in the Epilogue. It’s beautiful & so real.

02.06.2023: Well there wasn't much updating, I am so sorry about that I ran through this book like it was going out of style lol. I will not be posting any spoilers because holy hell you just have to read it! The relationship between the FMC and the men will make you scream out of envy! Oh and not to mention the turmoil you will face, I suggest getting a few boxes of tissue, and some good fucking ice cream and settling the fuck in for a cry ride the best gorilla glue won't be able to fix!
Hands down five out of five for both reading and spice! Set your calendar for February 14th, 2023 you won't regret it!

Empire of Carnage was an amazing end to the Reina Del Cartel series. I loved every minute of it. As Santana states in the beginning you need to make sure you read and check out the author notes for any warnings before devouring this book and the entire series if you haven’t yet. There is a lot of triggers to be found littered throughout this book and the series as a whole. Do not say you haven’t been warned many times at this point.
I love how Santana is not one to dance around sensitive subjects and absolutely love how she views her worlds and portrays them. I give this 5 stars and just wait to you have read the BONUS EPILOUGE at the end. If you have read heartless heathens make sure you check out this series…if you have read that and you are looking into this just read it. You will not be disappointed.

THIS IS THE END
ARC receiver and undying fan of my girl, Santana Freaking Knox. "Lo juro por dios", this series finale had me in my feelings from page one! It was so stressful in the best and the worst ways, it's so wild! What a ride with Célia for these 3 books of murder, sex, and power. I consumed this finale in a single day. I could not put it down. It's absolutely everything that it needed to be and more.
Please pay close attention to the trigger warnings and definitely don't feel any pressure to not put this book down if it gets too damn dark to read through. The toughest situations in this book did truly make this story more real and captivating, though.
Wow, am I really going to miss these characters! That love/hate of an ending is such a special feeling and I'm still definitely feeling that with the Reina Del Cartel series!

This book was a wild ride from start to finish. I'm still gobsmacked with everything and may need to come back and edit my review after I process everything that happened for a few days. It was fast-paced and I didn't see the twists coming throughout. I absolutely could not put this down once I started it because I was so engrossed. There were moments that had me on the edge of my seat, moments of laughter, moments of tears, and everything in between throughout the course of this book. Celia and her men take on so much and I came to have a special place in my heart for Santos. The ending had me completely floored. I don't think she could have wrapped up the trilogy and better, this felt like absolute perfection. Also that second epilogue has me so excited for what may come.
