This was a great devotion to guide quiet times. Each week had a theme and five days within it. Each day had scripture, reflection questions, and additional verses. I did this on my own for a little over two months, and enjoyed having a guided quiet time for a change!

This book was read as part of a group bible study. For this purpose it is not ideal. There are many quite personal questions that the author asks the reader to be honest about, and this does not always make for good discussion.

The book started off strong, but felt repetitive and lacking insight by the end.
