Tightly written, this book was a pleasure to read. The two chapters that most spoke to me were 2 and 8 that had to do with team building and leadership. Without any fancy prose, this book introduced concepts, explains why they're important and then moves on. I've been reading a lot of business-related/leadership books lately and this one is definitely one I would recommend.
Heartily recommend this for people in any line of business but especially those in the hospitality business. Have not done a deep dive into any of the specific topics on his web site but I'm sure there is tons of stuff that can add value.
Awesome book pertaining to qsr restaurants. You won't have to hunt and peck for applicable things if that's your industry. On a broader scale there is a lot of useful information as well. He held my interest 90 percent of the time which is saying something for books of this nature.
