Handy guide book to managerial concepts and ideas (benchmarking, team working, flowcharting etc) arranged alphabetical. A consistent set of key points is used to explain each concept (when to use it, time involved, the method, a worked example etc) enabling to try different things out. A 'does what it says on the tin' handy kind of book.

The worked examples are very much like cheat sheets making you look like some kind of professional rather than just somebody with a book who has knocked out some weird looking chart to impress the Board and then has taken an early lunch.

Useful, concise and crisply written.
