Makes for a good introductory textbook on English land law. Dixon makes even the technical bits easy to digest, but this book is only good for what it is: an introduction, not a definitive text.
I read 4 chapters from this book days before my exam. It gave me a good overview to do my exam... Don't know why I keep reading textbooks only the week before my exams. All the while it had been collecting dusts!
