About the author

Dr. Herbert Lockyer was born in London in 1886, and held pastorates in Scotland and England for 25 years before coming to the United States in 1935. In 1937 he received the honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from Northwestern Evangelical Seminary. In 1955 he returned to England where he lived for many years. He then returned to the United States where he continued to devote time to the writing ministry until his death in November of 1984.

I love, loved this book. Discovering how Jesus fulfills over 300 Bible Prophecies. I had the opportunity to do "Prophecies of His Ancestry." I had no idea and broke down exactly how Jesus came through King David and Matthew. And I had to present it in front of my class. As my class-mates prescented there papers I learned so much more about my Spirituality. This book is a part of my personal library to present future research, papers and sermons from. I have since ordered the Promises of Jesus by said writer. I was able to read this book at a college level, explain to others and appreciate the story lines. Excellent book... Great author..
