I don't own this book yet, but have tried a couple of recipes offered for free, and I am a fan of her cooking show. I made one of her recipes for Valentine's Day - Melting Brownies - and as a long-time, do-not-intend-to-change chocoholic (only the really dark kind), this was one of THE BEST chocolate desserts I have ever eaten. Over-the-top rich, so it's best eaten in moderate portions, these molten/fudgy brownies really were to die for, and were not overly sweet so you could taste the chocolate. In my humble opinion, of course.
I intend to get this book on the weekend, even though it is a bit pricey, and try more recipes. This might be up on a level with my Carrabba cookbook, hard to believe as that is. :-)
Oh, and as far as I know, the book is only in French...
