This being the second in this series I found to be a little more evolved than the first. The story arc is coming together a little better and the third book's characters have been introduced and are well ensconced in their own trouble. I did enjoy this and the staggering amount of orgasms poor Paige has to suffer through - a fun and interesting read.

Awesome book
Paige is Kaitlyn's sister and she too has been taken to the other world where her sister is. Kaiden and Jarek pull her through the veil to their world but it will be tough to convince her to stay since she doesn't want to leave her last sister alone on earth. Such an awesome book. This is a shifter book!

I so liked the first one, so I had to get this one. Yay rawr! I just feel in love with the story line. A alternate reality and the mating bond. I loved the way the characters from the last book were also in this one. Paige is all kinda happy to see her sister that disappeared, then when told why and that she was part of a different world where people shifted to animals. You can see she wasnt so ready to believe that, on top of the possibility of being mated not to one but two men. Kaiden and Jarek knows only that theyve waited for their mate for years to come to them, they know also that they will need to be patient and show her what it will be like to be mated and be part of their world. Paiges mates shows her love and passion that she has never experienced more than that they've shown her how much they care for her. What theyve put in place as they've waited for her. Both Kaiden and Jarek love her but are very different in the way the make love to her. Some of the scenes are twitch worthy :) As the old war that they've fought comes very close to home. Paige may not get the chance to fall in love with her mates. Enjoy

Kaitlyn is brought thru the Veil & joins her sisters in the world of the Lycaons, to be with her mate. How she does this is different from her sister's. She finds love & passion with Torrent. The war is more advanced, the Lycaons are having a harder time keeping their towns hidden. There will be sacrifices. But can they make them? The twist at the end was unexpected. Loved it!! :-) <3 <3

The story was okay...odd at moments...and unreal at others (like the six back to back orgasms). I am looking forward to seeing the end of the series with Caroline and Torrent. I hope their story is a good one.

I was a little let down at first. the woman's introduction to her mates felt rushed. and a little too much obvious recap of the way mates work. that being said.... my doubts of the book quickly faded. I loved it so much!! and cannot wait for the third!!!
