I think it was great as a reference book, but as big a Tull fan as I am it was a bit over the top AND lacking in detail on the elements it covered. Or simply put: more than I could ever want to know about the music itself, and not nearly enough about the people who created and played it. Ian Anderson got most of the attention, which seems fitting, but I was looking for more of an in-depth biography than this offered. Still very well-written and researched, and it has me feeling I'll be rediscovering this incredible music for a long time to come.
