Pascale started her career as a Research Scientist in Cognitive Science. She conducted research at top universities (USC, Washington University) to understand how the human brain learns.

She bridged the gap between fundamental research and the corporate world in 2006 by launching The Memory Practice, a company devoted to helping adults improve their performance and maintain their cognitive skills.

Pascale is the author of Max Your Memory, and co-author of The SharpBrains Guide to Brain Fitness.
