This textbook has some good exercises to assist readers in introspection. The author sometimes uses inaccurate information, but overall, provides helpful advice and options for those suffering from stress- both chronic and acute.

The Anger management chapter was a eye opener. It really help me recognize different styles of anger including underhanders, and somatizers.
